First when u walk in the door you enter into a restaurant and I was very confused if I stand there by the register to check in. Then the server checked me in and informed me there is no WiFi in the rooms which sucks because there was also no cell service across the street(were the motel rooms are) and I wasn’t the only one who didn’t get cell service because a woman standing outside her room with her laptop was working. Inside the room was extremely basic with bed, nightstand and coffee pot on the nightstand and no other tables or chairs closet etc, just a bed. I don’t need much but a mini fridge would have been nice. It wasn’t really a big deal, but when I went to turn on the tv and there was no connection, i got really annoyed. No wifi, cell service and no tv. Went back across the street to ask the girl how to get the tv to work and she said there is a way that’s a little confusing but didn’t remember how. So I proceeded back to the room and searched the tv settings and somehow found the direct tv access. When I left in the early morning before 7 the office, it was closed and there was no where to drop a key so I went back across the street and no drop box was there either. Contemplated leaving the key in the room, but decided to drive back a few hours later to make sure they got the key so I wasn’t charged for anything else. Overall was very disappointed and would definitely not recommend staying there.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Enjoyed the geothermal pool, staff were friendly and helpful. Had fun at the bar with pool tables and enjoyed playing pickleball in their very clean facility. Breakfast was so good at the restaurant. Enjoyed every bite. The Motel needs some remodeling. They were fixing the deck when we arrived. Could use improvements. The walls were pretty thin so it was hard to sleep. I recommend this place but will want to rent a private cabin next time. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall, ok. rooms are older and amenities are pretty basic. good value for the price though. Staff at resort and the bar and restaurant were amazing! grounds and pool are amazing as well.

The cabin was clean and comfortable, with easy access to the clubhouse and pool. The landscape improvements, and colorful umbrellas, greatly enhanced the clubhouse and pool areas. This was a noticeable change since my last visit. Another enjoyable stay at Terrace Lakes!

The staff were hostile, the cabin was filthy and uncomfortable in every way imaginable, and the restaurant was disgusting!

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The check-in staff and restaurant staff are always friendly and helpful. They do need to replace their window coverings. They are mini blinds and are either bent so there are gaps or they have been cut to make holes. I’ve had to be creative with washcloths and pillows to feel like I have privacy. It would also be really nice if the pool was open until 10 every night. I’ve been up there working and don’t usually get off until 8, which is when the pool closes. I’ve really been disappointed to not be able to soak in the pool.

Only as a very last resort would I stay here.

Bathroom was dirty, toilet was gray inside. Room extremely small. Steps at entrance rickety and outside lighting minimal. Onsite restaurant was abysmal. We decided to drive back to Boise after seeing the performance at the Starlight Theater rather than spend the night even though we had paid for the room.

It was horrible! Not at all as advertised, dirty, air conditioner could not work as filter was too dirty. Porch had not been swept for a long time, blinds broken but didn’t matter as the windows too dirty to see through. Directly next door was two old cars with weeds up to door handles. The other side was the motel” what a joke. In our room was a small table and chairs, I was afraid to even sit in one as the legs were so wobbly, I weigh 135. When I went & addresefd my concerns to Phil in the office I was told they have been told that before! Really?? I would not have stayed if it was free. We Opted to drive 5 hours to go home. There went our nice evening . The pictures on Expedia are of the golf course and their club house. I am not a complainer, but this place was disgusting and I will be addressing my concerns to Expedia and the lodge.
