The rooms have problems and not well kept. Fisrt room the Tv and phone did not work. Second room the phone still did not work AC system was barely working and had to turn down to 61 to get it to cool the room. Door keys were difficult to get to work and security latch on door was broken off. Shower curtain rod looks like someone was hanging from it and broke it.

Do not stay here they’ve put some lipstick on a pig with the remodel the whole motel smells musty and my room had mold on the ceiling and the room smelled like my grandmas root cellar, seriously do not stay here

Hotel is und construction. Had to use side door to enter hotel. Room was acceptable but nothing great. Beds were lumpy. Breakfast was disappointing but coffee was good. Will not stay again.

Overall good experience. The elevator was shaky and noisy. Room was large with great kitchenette. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Plenty of luggage carts! Great location.

We got in very late and had booked the hotel just by pictures online. We were pleased to find an extremely clean and modern facility exactly as pictured. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful and the room was modern, clean and comfortable. We didn't use the amenities but the pool, etc also looked very well kept.

The hotel was close and convenient to food, shopping. The staff was super nice. My room was very cozya nd clean.

It's a grim wasteland and the hotel does little to make it nicer. We stayed in the same hotel in Kansas City and everything about it was better. In this one, the room was smaller, the AC was so loud it was hard to sleep, the staff was nice enough but overwhelmed by construction. Go to Dodge city if you are in the area.

Friendly staff and great location but this Holiday Inn Exp. has room for improvement. My stay was pleasant, with a few minor exceptions.

A little hard to find off roadway and slightly hidden when coming n from the west. Staff was excellent.

The staff could not have been nicer our more attentive. Very quiet hotel, a place to return to.

Check in process was quick. They had the room key already to go. I stayed in a room with a single, king size bed. It was clean and comfortable. There was a microwave and min fridge. There was a complementary breakfast served the next morning. The typical spread. Nothing spectacular, but good for a quick bit before leaving. Overall, a good. I would stay again.

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay. The beds were very comfy, the room was clean, and I was amazed at how quiet it was! I thought perhaps there were very few guests that night, but at breakfast it became obvious that there were many full rooms...we just weren't bothered by any noise at all! Breakfast was great with a wide selection of choices. My one complaint is that the room did not have a mini-fridge. For one night, that was ok, but for a longer stay, it really is much nicer to have one.

Staff was super. My room was cleaned and re-supplied daily. Comfortable, close to where I needed to be. Recommend!

The staff was super friendly and eager to help with whatever we might need. The place was clean and very well kept up.

At check in the attendant thought is was funny to ask for my "papers" since I was from Arizona. Last day all the cars where we parked were spotted from the sprinkler system. I know it is windy Kansas, but get the system corrected.

Half of our group stayed at the Comfort Inn across the parking lot. Comforts breakfast is better, but their pool was freezing. Holiday inn's breakfast was okay...fake cheese omelette not good, biscuits and beef gravy pretty good, cinnamon roll pretty good, then the usual cereal, bagels toast etc. Bigger warmer pool than comfort's. Never heard a door slam, but I did hear some heavy footsteps above from our bathroom

Traveled to Garden City on business. This hotel has a good location, and rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the last two or three times I've stayed at this location there has been remodeling going on; this time they were re-tiling the floor of the lobby and hallways. I was not recognized as a Priority Club member, and the staff was not nearly as helpful or courteous and one would expect. I can't get excited about staying here again for a long while.
