Play on the lake (only 2 blocks away!), the slopes of Beaver Mountain (just a 15 minute drive!), nearby pickleball courts, adventure park, go-karts, beaches and playhouse (all within walking distance or just minutes away). You'll have access to a one car private garage plus parking for additional vehicles. Multiple adjacent units can be rented, making this location ideal for a group of any size. KITCHEN/DINING: Come enjoy our modern kitchen with attached dining that is perfect for families. We have stocked it with plenty of dinnerware and furnished it with top of the line appliances. You will be able to find all of the basic cookware you'll need to cook the delicious meals you want!
LIVING ROOM: The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The couch is large and comfortable, and the large TV provides fun access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open, airy feeling and lets you enjoy the mountain views.
BEDROOMS: One bedroom is on the main level with 3 upstairs, plus a bonus bedroom. All bedrooms have easy bathroom access. The master bedroom features large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The main level bedroom has a bathroom just outside its door, and the other upstairs bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. LOCATION: You can't beat the location being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store (brand new as of Spring 2021). This home is across the street (2-minute walk) from the city pickleball courts, go-kart track, and just a quick drive away from a new outdoor adventure park. It is walking distance to the city beach, with the most popular beaches being Rendezvous Beach (11 miles away) and North Beach (18 miles away). The Bear Lake Marina is only 1 mile away! Dirt Bikers and ATV enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails. Coming during the winter? Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is only 13 miles away.
