I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL!!THIS SITE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO POST OVER 1500 CHARACHTERS in this blockThere ARE expectations that rentals, SHOULD somewhat, reflect the website pics and list of ‘working’ amenities. Unfortunately, this was not the case – not even close. We know and understand that NOTHING on a rental is ever perfect. This stay was not fun.We rented this cabin and, in the end, were thoroughly dissatisfied. We had numerous issues and calls to the property management group and ended up having to stick around the cabin for housekeeping and maintenance to TRY and ‘resolve these issues’.I sent pics and a video to property management.Overall, there were 6 issues reported to property management / with 9 calls / only 2 issues resolved.I know that the ‘agreement’ states that the renter does not have to be around to resolve matters. We chose to be there due to the value of personal items in the cabin.Here is a list of issues:- Bottom ground floor area not cleaned for rental - Ants - Bottom floor furniture not safe for use.- Trash can loud fish smell - Bedding pillow ‘yellow’ staining on the provided extra pillow and pillowcase. - Toilet seats loose – I HAD TO FIX- Master BR toilet pedestal leak- Sand throughout the cabin floors was not cleaned very well - Vacuum cleaner did not work very well when trying to get some of the sand off of the floors.- Washer needed to be repaired- Upstairs TV did not work- No Iron & ironing board
