Overall Pleasant Stay
Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The host was very responsive, providing instructions well in advance of check-in and out, offering suggestions of local activities, and checking in on us throughout the stay. We arrived late at night for check-in and the keypad was not working properly. NaTarrio promptly ensured access to the property. The home is well-appointed and clean. However, both the den rug and couch (and sofabed) were heavily soiled to the point I did not wish to use them. This was pretty striking given the cleanliness of the property otherwise. I would highly recommend replacing both and using a mattress cover on the sofabed mattress. This was the only major strike against the property, but it was pretty glaring.
The listing also inaccurately stated a hot tub was available. When I brought that to the host's attention, he apologized, thanked me, and corrected the listing. Not a big deal but a little disappointing to my kiddo.
Otherwise, the property was well stocked with basic amenities, kitchen items, and beach gear, which was appreciated. The game room is a wonderful feature but only accessible from the outside.
There's a little corner mart just across the street with friendly owners/staff who were happy to have the business for quick meals and convenience items. The property was within walking distance of the beach, multiple restaurants, the pier, and other attractions.
