I enjoyed my stay for my girlfriends birthday. The views were nice by the ocean. Wasnt to crowded. The onky downside was only 1 elevator was working so in the mornings it took awhile. Aside from that the staff was very accommodating.

Great location and breakfast.

Our stay was good, the location was great breakfast was great, since you can choose from both sides of the hotel which has different items for breakfast. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only issue is that one of the elevators was out of order so the wait time was long and the rooms did not come with a microwave.

We love the view , and the employees at the front desk where not friendly with the costumers, also we call a couple times during the day to the front desk from the room and my cell phone , but not body picked up the call. They don’t have enough parking space , but even like that they charge for parking lot ( we were not advised about that ) front desk did not explain that .

I have had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life in this hotel the beds were very dirty when we checked in we were not able to check in till after two hours of arriving to the hotel because the rooms were not ready or they didn’t have any availability after I paid for everything through Expedia. They were telling me that I have to pay another $600 to be able to get a room even that I paid everything in full through Expedia and then they had to call upper management, which made me wait more time just to be able to get a room that I already made a reservation through Expedia with I am extremely unsatisfied with the service or with the accommodation that they have in this hotel. This is unacceptable and my last time going to this hotel, I trust Expedia a lot, which that was the biggest supporter for me to book through this hotel unfortunately, I am super unsatisfied with this reservation.
