They or orbitz lost my reservation. I didnt stay here and was forced to scramble for another place to stay and pay for 2nd uber at 9 pm. The front desk person did assist me in locating another hotel and orbitz issued me refund, but i WONT be using orbiz or this hotel again.

Every interaction we had with any member of the staff was great, they were all very friendly. Our room was extremely clean and the breakfast was tasty and well stocked. We very much appreciated the large parking spots so there were no worries of door dings.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. It’s a one block walk to the seawall and beach, and very near Pleasure Pier, Murdocks, and a handful of restaurants and fast food joints.

my room seems spotless. the staff was overly accommodating. my one night stay ended up being two nights because everyone was so welcoming and the atmosphere was loving. im bad with names but the overnight guy was the friendliest person that greeted me. the parking lot is rather small and may result to you having to park on the street but it is a newer hotel and im sure over time they may expand their lot. i felt safe and secure in my room. i think i will always book here whenever i come visit galveston. i didn’t get the chance to check out their breakfast but it is decent hours!

Very comfortable and staff were friendly. My only complaint was that they needed a safety non-slip mat of some sort in bathtub to prevent slip and fall. Otherwise fantastic!!

Great new hotel for Galveston. Clean and comfortable room. Great bed with 5 pillows. Great view from the balcony. The hotel is one block from the beach and is close to everything.

Very comfortable king size bed. Convenient safe parking. Super convenient location. Pool is small but nice. A half block from Seawall Blvd, two blocks from Pleasure Pier and other attractions. Overall it great place to stay and will again.
