Step into a piece of Galveston history at this beautifully restored 1895 home, where timeless charm meets modern comfort. With original hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and a spacious, open layout, this historic gem blends character and convenience for families, groups, and beach lovers alike!



Relax with the whole crew with three elegant bedrooms with king-sized beds, plus a cozy bunk room perfect for kids or extra guests.The home offers three full bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out.



The Space:

-Unwind in the bright living area with plush seating, a record player, and a sound system that fills the space with your favorite tunes.

-The dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and gather together.



Outside, enjoy the fenced backyard featuring a colorful Galveston mural, a BBQ grill for family cookouts, and a comfortable space to relax under the coastal breeze.



-Beach essentials are provided, including chairs, towels, and some toys, so you can make the most of your time just a few blocks away from the beach and only 1.5 miles from The Strand!



-We also offer a Pack-n-Play upon request for added convenience!



Guest Access:

Guest entrance into the main house is via the screened porch in the backyard. You will have to walk up the stairs to get to the door with the smart lock.

Getting Around:

We have free parking on the street directly adjacent to the home for your convenience. The place is eight blocks from the beach and a half a mile to Pleasure Pier. It's a simple 10-minute walk to the beach and some of the great restaurants like BLVD Seafood and a great bar Beerfoot Beach Bar! It's only a mile and a half to The Strand and Menard Park.



Other Things to Note:

The backyard is shared with other units. If you’d like to rent out the 2bd/1ba as well, please let me know and if there’s availability, I’d be glad to help you out!



We are a short walk, about ten minutes or seven blocks from the beach!



1.5 miles to Cruise Terminal.

Our family had another great stay at this lovely home over the Thanksgiving holiday. Beds are very comfortable and we had plenty of room for 3 adults and 4 teenagers. Lots of seating at mealtime and the kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Communication with the host is quick and the neighborhood is beautiful. Highly recommend this property.

We had a family gathering for my mother-in-law’s 85th birthday over a three day weekend. Our group included 2 couples in their early 30’s, one with an infant and toddler, us, my mother-in-law and my husband’s cousin. The rooms were perfect for our group, even though the room with the queen bed and twin that my mother-in-law stayed in was on the second floor. The screened-in porch was a favorite gathering place for the group as the weather in late October was mild. The neighborhood is in a lovely part of Galveston in easy walking distance to the beach. We took walks every day and enjoyed the beautiful historic homes in the neighborhood. The host was extremely responsive and we had no trouble with check-in. I would not hesitate to rent this home again and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful home with lots of room to spread out

We enjoyed 3 nights. The 2 story home includes two bedrooms upstairs (20 steep steps up). One a king in suite bathroom with walk in shower. Second room has double bed, single bed and bunkbeds with in suite bath with big walk in shower. First floor has 2 bedrooms with king beds. They share the only bathroom on the first floor. Bathroom is small with only a tub, no walk in shower so guest that want to shower will have to walk upstairs for a shower. King beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you will need. A large screened porch and a dining room and living room. Parking is one car in the driveway and others on street. Plenty of room to park on street. A great home in a great location.

Great stay in historic home

We loved all the original details of the home and it was well kept. The only negative was not receiving code to the property before arriving, but property manager was easy to contact and fixed the problem right away. Home had nice amenities and we would stay there again.
