The floors needed mopped. Although the keypad did not work the host immediately answered back allowing us an alternate way to get in. Host was great and I’ve already booked a second stay with same host at another location.

The house was freezing, specifically downstairs. We turned the heat on as soon as we arrived in the house, and the temperature never went up past 62 degrees. Otherwise, the house was well fit for our group!

The host was responsive from the moment I booked. Easy check-in and easy check-out. It was our first time being in Galveston. We wanted to explore the town, but since we only had one night at the property, we wanted to enjoy the amenities and the ambience of the property.

Had a little hick up with getting the key from the box. Had to wait about an hour for maintenance to show up and let is in. Aside from that everything was great. Great location and comfortable accommodations.

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. venture capitalist slumlord owned, poorly managed by beachbox rentals. beds were broken or not as advertised, sparce furniture for placing suitcases. and few seating options in communal areas. couch was stained and sunken and dingy. genuinely a bait and switch.

Great location near The Strand

Great location with close proximity to the strand and the seawall. We enjoyed our stay and the management of the property was easy to work with and communicated with us often to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Great location

The house is great, especially for larger groups. You can't get a better location either. It was the perfect distance for all the popular Galveston attractions. The beds were so comfortable as well, so that's a big plus! It was a bit hot upstairs during the day, but luckily it cooled down at night, so that was okay. We would book this house again!

Within an easy walk to our activities. We always felt safe walking to and from the Strand, even at night .
