We had a beautiful stay at this house. It was clean, kitchen stocked with every item we needed to cook. The pool and yard were nice, as well as kept. Only things we didn't like was the internet didn't work the greatest and the kitchen flooring is in pretty bad condition in the main walking areas. Super close to beach, Walmart, and activities. We slept great. There was plenty of laundry soap, garbage bags, towels ect. Very pleased.

Easy walk to beach. Much water damage to the floors. Shoes must be worn. Tripping hazards abound. Beware, it is a handyman special. Bathtubs need repair. Range in great shape. Well supplied kitchen. Bring storage containers. Pool in good condition but unheated. Garage playroom not up to code, no window for egress, smelled moldy. Bring hangars, no conditioner provided. Sleeps 20 but only six chairs and no dining table. Picnic table very warped and splintery. We won’t go back.

The house was OK. Beds were clean and comfy, there were clean towels. But NO handwash soap, NO bar soap for bathing as they had described. Cheap no name dishwashing liquid that wouldn’t foam or clean the dishes. One small hotel size shampoo and body wash in each bathroom for single person use (total of 4) for a house that’s supposed to sleep 20 people. When we asked about toiletries, we were told to check this cabinet or that drawer, but there was nothing. And the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped. They were dirty. Whoever is doing their cleaning does only the bare minimum to make the house look presentable superficially.

The house was very nice and clean it was 12 of us and it was enough space for everyone to have their own bed. The only thing I didn’t like was when we sat in the backyard it was daylight outside at 10am and the neighbor was bothering us about our talking & laughing it was on a Saturday so not sure what her issue was. Other than that it was a nice 1 night stay

Pictures look better than actual house. Need a new floor. Bedroom with bathroom had leak in ceiling from the rain. Water was on the floor. For the price I paid we were hoping to have smaller tv’s in each bedroom. Seat on toilet in game room bathroom was loose. Need a second rack in oven. We had a good time but would not rent again without some changes.

Wonderful Experience

We had fourteen young adults and four older adults that stayed at the house. It was a great fit! The house was clean and the rooms were just as they were advertised. There were plenty of pots and pans to cook for a large group! We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit. The location is perfect! We walked to the beach and had just a short drive to all that Galveston had to offer! It was a great place for an extended weekend!

Pictures need to be updated

Overall a very nice home but the pictures need to be updated. There are tiles in the kitchen coming completely off and also in front of the back door. The sink drains into the dishwasher and then leaks on the floor. The pictures show 4 stools at the dining room table and there are only 2 and both are very unstable. One of the bar stools has a screw coming through the seat so you really only get 2 seats for eating.

House has plenty of room and beds. 4 of our party was unable to attend so we had plenty of room. If you want to use pool, go in summertime, pool is not heated. Living room needs a recliner. My husband sleeps in a recliner at home because of his health, so it would have been nice to have one. Overall house was ok!
