Beachfront 8th floor Studio - Stunning View

A breathtaking view of Galveston’s East Beach greets you as you open the door to this 8th floor studio. You can hear the lapping of the waves from the balcony and feel the Gulf breeze. Direct beach access is about a 2-minute walk from the building via a raised wooden walking path. No vehicles on the beach so you can enjoy peaceful walks along the seashore and let the stress melt away. Heated pool. Gym. Pickleball. Basketball. Bocce Ball. Short drive to restaurants and The Strand.

The condo has PTAC (Packaged Terminal A/C & Heat) and a Dehumidifier (installed 2025) for comfort any time of the year. The sleeping arrangement includes a queen-sized bed along with a folding sofa that converts into a queen bed, ideally suited for two small children or a teenager.

Our condo association requires an age of 25 to be able to lease and does not allow guests to have pets. No smoking, vaping or E-cigarettes are allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. There is a designated smoking area on the ground level.

Room with a great view

Overall a very good, enjoyable experience. Owners responded promptly to text messages, but need for communication could have been reduced if a complete list of instructions had been provided at check-in. TV system in particular was a challenge, even with the owner's help. Our electrical engineer son figured it out for us.

This studio unit was perfect for my elderly mom (88) while we were in Galveston for a family wedding. The bathroom has an easily accessible shower (a 2-3 inch lip to step over) for seniors. We brought along a removable suction grab bar to provide extra security stepping in & out of the shower & my mom was set.

Condo is located on the beach. We were on the private beach infront of condo. Stewart beach was walking distance. The pool was heated which felt wonderful. Inside of condo was roomy with an outdoor balcony facing the beach. We had a great time!

Peaceful and Quiet

The stay was wonderful. The owners Mayvic and Mark were awesome and stayed in touch to make sure we were taken care of and to be honest that is the first time an owner stayed in touch and seemed genuinely concerned with how we were doing. The area was very peaceful and quiet just the way we like it and couldn’t ask for a better a cozier condo. If I had one complaint it would be a stronger air conditioning unit. At times during peak heat of of the day it seemed to have trouble keeping up with cooling the condo and it was noisy to sit on balcony. But that did not dampen our stay one bit and we loved every minute of it.

This VRBO was very nice. It was clean and had a great view of the Gulf. The location was just far enough away from all the noise and traffic in town to make it very quiet and relaxing. The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! We would definately stay here again and we would definately rent from the owners again!

Peaceful and Restful stay

This property was exactly what my wife and I were hoping it would be. It was not too big but didn’t feel small either. We got to relax, be on our own schedule, enjoy an amazing view, and get easy access to the beach. The hosts were the best! They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore. We could not have had a better stay! If you’re just looking for a quiet place to rest for a few days, this is an excellent option.
