This beautiful beach home is situated in the second row at the heart of Beachtown, located at the eastern tip of Galveston Island. Its convenient location is just minutes away from the Strand District, which features a variety of shops, historical sites, art galleries, museums, and many highly-rated restaurants. Nearby, you’ll also find Pier 21, a waterfront entertainment and dining area, as well as the Gulf of Mexico.

Upon entering the home at the second level, you’ll find a foyer with a cozy bench, perfect for enjoying private time with a book, meditating, taking a phone call, or simply resting. One of the bedrooms on this level includes a private bath and has French doors that open onto a wraparound porch with a beach view. The bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower equipped with a six-setting showerhead for relaxation.

An elevator will take you to the third floor, where you'll be greeted with breathtaking beach views. The open-concept design seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The space boasts vaulted ceilings adorned with custom wood and beams. The living area includes a large mounted TV and a fireplace, all illuminated by natural sunlight and beach views. Great beach house w great view/bad door locks

The house was great, the locks were not. We had to get a maintenance man who in turn had to call another maintenance man to unlock when we first got there. Whenever we left, we had to leave it unlocked because the key wouldn’t work. We tried to shut the garage since the door was unlocked but the carriage doors wouldn’t shut.
