Home was nice and quiet. Host was able to answer email questions quickly. Would have given 5 stars however one rule was to leave the back porch light always on and the garage next door had bright light always on and shined into living room and kitchen. We prefer lights out.

The house was the perfect place for a family Christmas beach vacation. It was located close to everything, pet friendly, the beds were comfy and the neighborhood was cute. It felt like a home away from home.The host was very responsive to any questions we had, with no delay. Thank you so much!

The house was cozy and it has everything you need. Comfy beds and furniture. The location is awesome. Just far enough from the sea wall that the wind is tamer outside in the private yard but close enough you're less than 5 minutes away driving. Super close to grocery stores and tourist attractions. The host is very friendly and responsive with questions and help. Some kitchen items can use a refresh. We did have a few roaches in the house shortly after arriving but they showed up asap and dealt with it. It just happens in Texas. We stayed for over a month and had no more show up after treatment. The house isn't sealed off for access underneath so its not pet friendly when they go under and wont come out, just an fyi for small pet owners. The cleaning needs to be better in places like under and between the couches, beds, fridge and up inside the front of the ice dispenser. They are however in the process of slowly renovating between guests so it's only going to get better and better. The fire pit was nice to have on a cooler evening. Air Conditioning and heat worked great. The price is great for what you're getting, cozy, good location, convenience, price, fully furnished with air conditioning. I would recommend staying and would stay again myself. Note to the host, thank you very much for everything and being so responsive to any issues.

Amazing beach place

It's a good maintenance house, near of beach and comfortable for a family of eight members.We were happy enjoying many amenities in Galveston. It's probably we will return next year.

We loved the stay in Galveston and this cozy house made everything so comfortable and relaxing!!We utilized the fire pit and back yard every day and night!! The fridge with an ice maker and water was a huge plus for those hot days!!Definitely recommend this house!!

This home is perfect. So cute. Everything that you mat need is there. Except you may need to bring your food and drinks...lol.. But seriously, this home is cute. Quite neighborhood and neighbors. I definitely will be staying there again. Mybe a 5 minute drive to the beach. Close to some great restaurants...

A nice little spot in Galveston

This was a nice little spot not too far from the beach and the main roads in Galveston. I had a wonderful time here with friends for a birthday getaway. The house is clean, the backyard is nice, and the neighborhood is quiet.One note for those with small dogs; keep an eye on them in the backyard. There are sections the fence that a little dog can squeeze through easily.

We like the location of the house. The area is convenient to just about everything and quiet. We bring our dogs with us and it’s nice to have a little yard for them.The overall cleanliness of the house is ok but I think the owner should do surprise inspections. The cleaning company is missing certain places. Maybe a deep cleaning might help. I stretch every morning and when you’re on the floor you see all kinds of things you don’t while standing up.For the price it works out.

Perfect for us!

This little spot was perfect for what we needed. Fenced in back yard was great! We were there when the tropical storm was trying to push in and a lot of roads close by were flooded, but we did not have any issues here!!
