The staff was friendly and answered all questions. Everything was very clean. Our room was spacious and even had a small balcony!! The breakfast is very carb forward which, unfortunately for me, didn't work out too well. There was yogurt, waffles, sliced bread, blueberry muffins, fruit loops and corn flakes. Apples too. Overall this is a very nice hotel and I'd stay here again.

When my wife arrived to check in, the power was out. She was told that an explosion down the street had taken out the power in the area. They told her they had to cancel her reservation and she needed to find another hotel. She left, called me, and we found a different hotel for her to stay in. Now we are jumping through hoops to get a full refund since she DID show up. They are claiming that the staff offered her a room at a sister property and that she declined. This never happened. The go on to state that the power outage was not their fault and they couldn't control it... WHO CARES?! They told her to go find another hotel. Not real good customer service if you ask me. Past stays at this hotel have been very satisfactory.

Our room and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff working day and night were helpful and professional. The only problem we had (and probably due to the location of our room) was that we heard doors shutting throughout the night and early morning. I still got a good night's sleep, but my husband tends to be a light sleeper. Thank you.

My friend was stuck in the elevator and no one seemed concerned. She finally got off when the elevator jerked and moved upward to floor 3. She was crying and shaking when she met me for breakfast. I went to discuss it with the front desk manager and all she said was, “Is she out? We were looking for her.” No hazard signs, no closer if the elevator, and very little compassion for the stress it caused. This was handled very unprofessionally.
