When my wife and I arrived on the 20th, finding the keys was a problem because the key box was on the wall to the left of the door and it wasn't clearly marked. The other major problem occurred yesterday, the 22nd. At 1:50 p.m. the electrical power went out. We waited two hours without it coming back on, so we packed up and went home, missing the third night for which we had paid. I suggested to Craig that we are due a partial refund, but he didn't seem willing. I'm disappointed. I expected better of a Vrbo provider.
