I liked the easy access to the freeway. The people there was very friendly and helpful.

The room was dated and older. The carpet was worn and stained. The drapes wouldn’t close without using a paper clip. The shower had mold in the caulk. The sheets were stained. I should have expected it for $70.
The property was conveniently located and parking was great. The fresh cookies at the front desk were a nice bonus.
I really love this hotel and my kids loves there breakfast. There staff are helpful and friendly and the room is clean. I would stay at this hotel again.
Interstate noise makes it hard to sleep. Rates should be highly discounted during remodelling.

My stay at the Hotel was pleasant. The only minor issue I had was locating it at night. The sign was not very visible due to low lighting and some trucks parked near by.

This was my first time for me having my family stay at a hotel and when I say it was amazing the four days we was there breakfast was always everything the staff was perfect if I had to come back to Atlanta I would and this is where I would stay.. best most comfortable Thanksgiving ever it was close to everything I didn't have to drive that far and very satisfied
It's clean beautiful hotel but you can hear every move the people above you make. The guy above me paced back and forth all night long for 2 nights straight. I know the hotel can't really do much about that. I stay in hotels 15 days a month and can tolorate plenty but this was exceptionally bad. The only way I can stay here again is if I get a top floor. I loved the hotel otherwise.
This hotel had great customer service. It was clean and well maintained. The only reason I didn't give it a five was because breakfast was supposed to last until 10:30. One morning we got there at 10:15 and everything was packed up. The other morning we got there just a few minutes after 10 and they were packing up so we had to rush to get a plate. Breakfast is a big deal when the kids are excited about waffles and your going to have a busy day!
The WIFI connection was HORRIBLE. It kicked me off every few minutes and the staff seemed to not care. Literally 18 minutes after I checked out, I realized I left my phone charger. I called the hotel and the gentleman said he would call me within 30 minutes to confirm he had my charger. NO CALL BACK!! I called AGAIN and he said that there was not a charger found in my room. So, I guess someone on the staff needed MY charger more than I did.
