spacious apartments are ideally located for those wishing to
explore Funchal. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, you will find
the market, cable car to Monte, main shopping areas, the marina and
sea promenade, and many other points of interest within a 10 minute
walk.

Part of a small block of 5 Apartments over three floors, this large two-bedroomed apartment, on the second floor, has an open-plan lounge, dining area for 4, with sofa bed (1,40m) flat-screen TV and digital channel box and free Wi-Fi. The living area opens to a french balcony facing the sea.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, with a 4-ring hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee-machine and kettle. The apartment also has a washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board and iron.
Both bedrooms feature a king-size bed and share a bathroom with single washbasin, bath with overhead shower and toilet.

Cleaning
The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.
All linen and towels are provided.
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.
Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen.

The rental value varies with the number of people occupying the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and infants. Please note that supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time.
To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

The payment of a Tourist Tax has been implemented for all arriving visitors on or after 01 October 2024 across all of Madeira and Porto Santo by the local Municipalities.

Your accommodation is responsible for collecting these amounts and paying them on your behalf to the applicable municipality.

Check-in time is normally from 16:00, but you are most welcome to come straight from the airport.Should Clients be departing your aparment on the same day, it might still be being cleaned, but you may wish to leave your luggage before returning at a later time.
