The living room features a plush sofa, two relaxing armchairs, a wide-screen TV and DVD player to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting and has access to a balcony and chairs where you can have a beautiful view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The bedroom has a queen bed and a sofa bed, and a chest of drawers and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that the property is situated in a lively area with ongoing construction nearby, which may result in noise disturbances during your stay.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
