Disgusting smell on all pillow cases and duvet!

It's very inconvenient to check in at another place and there was no lift so will need to carry the luggage to 2nd floor. Kitchen and common area are good and newly renovated but toilet and bed sheets, duvet and pillows cleanliness require attention!! There was a disgusting foul smell on all the pillow cases and duvets and even curly hair on the bed sheets!!! We highly doubt they have not been changed and cleaned!! We had to put a towel over it to sleep on coz it made us very uncomfortable. This was the very first time we have encountered cleanliness problem in Japan because we have always had very good impression staying in Japan, even airbnb. So, this experience was overall very disappointing.

4人でベッドを使えたので、とても良かったです。空気清浄機もあり、調理器具も良かったです。しいて言えば、洗面台にゴミ箱と、トイレにスリッパがあれば申し分ありません。近くに朝早くから夜遅くまで営業しているマーケットもあり、便利でした。また次の機会にも利用させていただきたいです。

快適の福岡旅

外見が古かったので少しお部屋が心配でしたが、めちゃくちゃきれいでした！！こんなに清潔で広くて快適でテレビも大きいし！2泊でこの値段には驚きました！！チェックインの場所がホテルから少し離れていましたが、スピーディにチェックインでき問題はなく気にはならなかったです！快適な福岡の旅になりました！

불편한 점이라면... 변기커버가 너무 오래된 것 같아요ㅠ_ㅠ.. 그리고 체크인하는 곳이.. 안내문 하나 없이 8층에 쌩뚱맞게 사무실에 있어서 당황했네요;ㅅ; 숙소 구조가 꽤 특이(?)하고 위치도 생각보다 멀어서 가족들이 모두 당황하긴 했지만 개인 침대에 숙박하고 테이블에서 온 가족이 둘러 앉아 저녁을 먹을 수 있어서 그 부분은 좋았습니다. 주변에 아기자기하고 조용한 주택가와 시장을 산책할 수 있고 편의점과 카페 그리고 맛있는 이자카야도 주변에 꽤 있어서 주변 편의 시설면에서는 괜찮은 것 같습니다!
