Superb staff

The staff, are excellent , kind and courteous . My car broke down and they really helped me out . The hotel is lovely, clean and modern . Breakfast is good . You do need a car to stay here as it’s a little isolated with not much around . The staff however are amazing . Nice public bath, laundry .

部屋からのWifiはつながりが悪いのでワーケーションは厳しく、ラウンジとかでのみになるかとおもいましたが、お風呂場前のラウンジはほとんど人がいなく快適でした。 残念な点は、今回は2週間の長期滞在だったので、ホテル隣接のパーキングは滞在客、食事客など様々使うので、優先的に使えるようにスペース確保を依頼しましたが、お客様に優劣はつけておりませんと言われて断られました。　一方で、同時期に、某N放送局の朝のドラマの撮影クルーも泊まっていて、そこには優先的に隣接駐車場の1番いいところを確保していて、私を含む他の客が遠くのスペースや離れた駐車場を使わざるを得ない状況が1週間以上ありました。とても残念な対応でした。ホテル側の忖度なのか、クルー側の問題なのか。それ以外は施設の便利さ、清潔さなど申し分はありません。
