Great location rooms small but you have to especkt that when you say so close to everything didn't have the breakfast but ate in the room lot cheaper to can catch the train from the airport 260 yen each get off in Tenjin and exit at west 4 or 5 here has a lift so lot more convenient and about a 5 minutes walk to the hotel rooms clean but small has a fridge which is good air con and safe but it doesn't look that good though we didn't use it hope this helps
the hotel location is quite good, but the room is not clean enough. We can find the dirt on the furniture. Originally, we planned to stay in this hotel for 5-6 days, but we finally cancelled the reservation because of the hygiene problem...
Good place for exploring Fukuoka. The hotel offers good rooms for a comfortable stay and a good location to explore the city. Rooms are clean, matress is soft, bathroom is clean. Toiletries are available in the lobby right next to the free coffee mashine.
Very disappointed. I booked a "deluxe room" on a travel portal. The room can be described as "deluxe" if you are talking about rabbit hutches. There was no cupboard or drawers to store our clothes. no room for our bag which ended up on a seat. So nowhere to sit except on the bed. We booked for 5 nights and felt really cramped. The room was in need of renovation too. The staff were friendly, but I had to draw a clothes hanger when I went to reception for more. This hotel is ok for very small people with little luggage, staying for just one night. The safe in the room is very unsafe - a screwdriver could open it! The refrigerator was loud so I turned it off but the room maid insisted on switching it on again, annoying. Not recommended!
Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was a good size for a business hotel with a nice bathroom, comfortable bed and decent wifi. Furthermore, the hotel is really convenient for Tenjin station (5 min walk) which is only a 11 minute train ride to the airport. Only tip for travellers is to make sure you have Google maps for this one as it is impossible to see this hotel from the main road. Recommend using the free Fukuoka wifi available in the main train station. Would definitely look to stay here again and use this hotel chain.
We stayed here for 2 nights. The double bed room is a bit small but there are extra pillows provided. The hotel provides you with basic toiletries and razors, scrubs, earbuds which are all available downstairs. The big winner is the free Lavazza coffee. The big letdown is the cleanliness - I was looking for something when I chanced upon that big space under the bed - it was really dirty! Hello!!
We stayed for 3nights in Dec - the hotel was fairly smart and well located near shops and subway station. Other reviews have mentioned problems with noise but we did not experience this.... The room came with a fridge and kettle along with a small armchair, desk and table. Staff were efficient and polite. Internet worked well and hot water. There is a vending area with microwave and ice machine. Only complaints would be - high price for what you get, no area to store bags or hang things and the room bin is ridiculously small. All of these not unusual for Japan though where rooms are typically smaller than in other countries.
The room is old & bad smell. The wallpaper is scratch, toilet water drainage blocked drain. I never see this kind of room still can sell to guest to stay. Although the location is convenience for shopping & eating but I will not come back to stay.
other than the fact the rooms are ridiculously small, the rock concert /night club that's playing here (from 4.30pm, yes the afternoon until 3am) is maddening but not as frustrating as the staff who refuse to allow us to move to otherside of building (from rm 726) to avoid the worst of the nose. Their excuses of being full ate pathetic when large groups check in and out every day here everyday and all we asked for was to take one of those rooms. Typical rules based staff with no concept of service. Don't stay if you like to sleep
We stayed here for 3 nights as a base to explore Fukuoka. This hotel is a good choice form anyone looking for a moderately priced room close to Tenjin subway and bus services. The staff were friendly, wifi worked well (there is also a cabled data connection for laptops) and there is free coffee from the vending machine on the ground floor. There is a coin laundry on the ground floor too. There is a restaurant on the ground floor but it does not offer any western breakfast choices. There are plenty of café/restaurants to choose from in the nearby Tenjin subway terminal. Overall we were happy with this hotel. Easiest way to get here is Subway from the airport direct to Tenjin, and take the 1 West pedestrian exit.
