The space is pretty small for 6-people room, way more smaller. It is like the smaller version of college dormitory. But it's sufficient if you're not in a hurry. Plus, its location is very close to Tenjin station. And considering the price, it's decent enough. The owner/staff (I've only seen one, not sure) of the hotel is responsive and nice. Overall, happy face! :)

おおむね快適、だけどちょっと防寒対策があったほうがいいかも

周りに飲食店がたくさんあり、駅近で立地がよかったです。お部屋も自宅のようにゆっくりくつろげました。 ペット同伴可能な宿とのことでペットの匂いや飲食店が近いことによる騒音などが心配でしたが、全く匂いもなくとても静かな環境でした。 おおむね快適に過ごせましたが、エアコンの位置が微妙なのと窓が大きいため少し隙間風があって若干寒めだったので、冬場はあったかめの装いで滞在するのが良さそうです。 それ以外は本当に快適に過ごせました^^

LIVEがあり1泊しました。 ペット可のホテルを探していたんですが福岡とか初めて行くのでわからなくHoteIs.comで探して予約。 着いた階段を上った2階にあり、荷物が沢山あり少し大変でした。 ペットを置いてLIVEに行き、4時間くらいでホテルに帰りました。 犬と猫と一緒だったから1泊2万8000円。 少し高いなぁと思いましたが、ペットは鳴かずに静かに待っていた様で良かったです。 でも、夜エアコンを1番強くつけていたけど凄く寒くて私と犬も猫もあんまりねれませんでした。 後、ペットホテルには必ず犬のシートや水を入れる入れ物や匂いスプレーなどが置いてくれていますが置いて無いのと、部屋で着る部屋着がありませんでした。お風呂もシャワーだけでした。 場所は一方通行の狭い道ですが、近くに駐車場があり場所はとても便利。 ペットホテルはなかなか無いので探すのに大変です。 今回のホテルはペットの使用する物を置いてもらって寒くなく寝れて価格ももう少し(5000円くらい)安いといいなぁと思いました。

駅から徒歩圏内で初めての福岡でしたが、迷わずに到着することができました。 チェックインの数日前からホテルの方がメッセージをくださって、丁寧なやりとりをしてくださいました。 チェックイン当日の対応もとても丁寧で、いろいろ不安だったのですがここに泊まって良かった、と思いました！ 犬も一緒に泊まれるホテルということで、匂いとか平気なのかな？と思ってたのですが、エアドッグが設置されてあり、犬の匂いもしなかったです！ また泊まりたいと思います！ありがとうございました☺️

お部屋は清潔感がありましたが、シャワールームの臭いがすごいです。下水が上がってくるのか、カビなのか、シャワールームの扉を開けると部屋の中も臭くなります。なので、シャワーは使いませんでした。せっかくキレイにリフォームされているし、立地もすごく良いのにもったいないです。

家族４人と柴犬１匹で利用しました。ワンルームに二段ベッドが3台、小さい洗面台が二つ、トイレとシャワーは別々でした。決して広くはありませんが不便は感じませんでした。高級志向の方は避けた方がいいかもしれませんが。
