Amazingn place with great facilities and value for money, much better than staying in the centre. Yes it’s far from the station, but take a stroll down to the station in the morning (it’s very pleasant and easy as you are walking down) and then a taxi from the station to the hotel in the evening (if you are tired) as it’s cheap to do that. Would certainly stay there again. The view is really worth it.

We had a comfortable stay overall but mainly used the hotel for sleeping. It was hard to get water for some reason and service was standard but not extraordinary. Pajamas were comfortable. The bathtubs were slippery and scary for pregnancy. I would suggest the hotel have a water refill station in its lobby for guests to self-serve.

We like the resort entire environment, it is cosy and quiet. Check-in and front desk staff are very warm. and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, although it is fix menu and no choice of selection. Only minus is the room is slightly small. Will come back again.

This place is great- make sure you have time to spend in the hotel using the baths and relaxation amenities. The views are beautiful- impeccable dining options. This is a great spot to recover from lots of travel and begin again!

Excellent restaurant with fantastic quality of good. Very comfortable, quiet rooms. Room service available. Hotel also had a shop and coffee shop. Very stylish and comfortable decor. Only thing I didn’t like was the very loud music playing in the communal areas, and the piped music played in the corridors at night, which kept me awake!

Secluded Hotel with Comfortable Bed

Pros: +Staff are very accommodating +Beautiful views +Comfy bed +Large room +Very delicious breakfast buffet +Hotel restaurant Koyomi was very delicious +Extremely comfortable hotel pajamas Neutrals: •Location is relatively secluded. There are 3 bus lines about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, that can get you close to wherever you probably want to go. I chose the location based on where my friends live, but if I were a typical tourist, the location could be a nuisance. •I didn't think the public bath was anything special, but it is still nice to have. Negatives: -The room's carpet had all these bleach spots on it, which kind of weirded me out. -The lack of free outlets in the room. -The bedding had spots on it, and a ball of black lint. I expected more based on the atmosphere the hotel exudes. -The tea/coffee machine wasn't fully cleaned. -I also dislike pod-coffee/tea machines as the one that was in my room as the pods are terrible for the environment. The tea wasn't great quality/taste. (-I vaguely remember being annoyed at the wifi speed and switching to my own wifi.) Based on what I had planned in Fukuoka, the hotel was an overall good fit for me. I would probably stay there again because despite the small issues with the room's cleanliness, I enjoyed my stay there. I do think that there is room for improvment though.

I like the quietness. The hotel is nicely located in a hill further away from tenjin or Hakata but a subway ride awa gets u to those places.

Disappointed with onsen.

Everything is good in the hotel except the onsen. Water not hot enough. Only one hot and one cold. No outdoor. The onsen facilities is a basic 3 stars.
