I m actualy in Sbh Paraiso, and very disapoitment with drinks.Drinks are watered down and no available strong spirit, only spirit with 20%,of alcohol.I do not go drink and eat only,on holiday, but its very important to have nice holiday.I have been in many 4 stars resorts on Fuerteventura, but everywhere you could get a proper drinks. So,food is ok,but drinks, not!!!I d rated 3 star this hotel....

We had done research so knew what we were getting the room was large and clean we bought water and tea and coffee back to the room the food was very good and available throughout the day the pool bar was excellent great service and drinks beach gorgeous apart from nudity we ignored this as most people clothed and were not hotel quests who were nudist's was a relaxing week would be nice to have more seats in bar area in the evenings

The room was quite outdated and would need a renovation. Food was delicious though. Sparkling wine for breakfast and a lot of thematic dinners so it didn't get repetitive. For us the best part of vacation was beautiful long beach under the hotel. Unfortunately the sea was horribly cold to get in in February, but we still enjoyed mild weather and warm spring sunshine.

1) The hotel is far away from airport and quite isoleted, so if you would like to go anywhere you have to get a taxi or a rent car (and the last one is cheaper actually, taxis are quite expencive), near the hotel you have nothing to do or nowhere to go, it is in the middle of nowhere 2)They changed our room, because the first one was so cold, we asked extra blankets so we could sleep and wait the new room. New room was on the 8-th floor, definitely warmer. 3) the rooms really need update, the furniture is soooo old and rooms are outdated. 4) we didnt have hot water 2 days, something was broken... 5) we paid extra for the safe but it stopped working so many times and the repairer they send us told it is because the keycards are old or broken and that is whay they dont open safe often, why dont you update the cards then? 6) the food was ok but the cockroaches at the restaurant were not, many times we told the staff that the cockroaches were at the plates and even an older man, who was eating had one climbing his back, and yes again we told the staff and they "killed" the cockroaches again, but finally we saw that they could not do anything about it, even if they tried.

stayed at this hotel in May thankfully for only 1 week. where to start? Hotel itself very lifeless no atmosphere at all, dull, boring no style to it, the room was ok clean and basic. You have to pay for the safe deposit box which i find insulting in an all inclusive hotel who says they are not responsible for anything stolen if not locked in safe!!! The restaurant was like a canteen the food was poor and not much choice would have expected some nice salads and fruit but no, Breakfast best meal of the day. The bar was awful felt like sitting in a airport lounge again NO atmosphere and the bar staff were not very good slow and unaware of who was next to be served and unfortunately most guest there were ignorant to this as well!!! Pool area again ok but the beach is 100 steps down and although clean and a nice stretch of beach i was not prepared for the nudist walking along the beach with not a care in the world regardless of their age and not a care for the family with small children playing ball, I am no prude by any stretch of the imagination but there is a limit! so spent all our time by the pool hampered by the vert gusty wind..I would not return to this hotel or Fuerteventura but it served a purpose as in a week away....

I stayed here for a week with my friend in June 2017. Upon arrival we were met by a very friendly reception staff member. He gave us our key, and when we tried to find the room we discovered that to get to the first floor, we had to go up to the fifth and then down to the first as they had no lifts that just took us to the first floor like normal! This meant that every time we went to and from our room it was a trek and a half! As for the hotel room, it was dingy, plain and incredibly dated. Very basic, we were all inclusive but had not even been provided with a bottle of water upon our arrival! We could buy them at the shop on the fourth floor but we arrived late at night so had to go the night without a drink of water. The sunbathing facilities are nice, lots of sun and shade to suit everyone, but get to the pool and bagsy a sun lounger EARLY because they will be all gone if you leave it later. The pool itself is freezing! Too cold to swim in really, but nice to dunk your legs in. The all inclusive food was alright, I ate so I wasn't hungry but never went back for more as it was so bland and boring. I will say however that dinner was always lovely, they put a lot more effort into the dinner and it showed! As for location, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere so if you want to go somewhere you need to get a bus to the nearest town. It's next to a beautiful beach which was a lovely touch. So, this hotel is fine, it gives you everything you need but it's by no means luxurious. Its strong point was that staff were very friendly and accommodating (except the maid, she was well rude and was shouting at me in fluent Spanish, I said I'm English, and at this hotel there were so many people from countries other than Spain but she didn't get that I couldn't speak Spanish so just kept shouting in another language). Anyhow this hotel is good if you want a holiday where you just stay by the pool, but I'd advise you to book somewhere with a bit more going on if this isn't your thing. I wouldn't come here again but it wasn't a terrible hotel.

After reading many different reviews about this hotel we went with an open mind ! However after staying here for 2 weeks we are glad to be going home !! (Which is not normally the case) staff are very friendly and helpful and always polite however hotel overall just wasn't the best . After going for lunch 5 minutes after the restaurant had opened and receiving very cold food we were not happy ! The restaurant wasn't busy at this point and had just opened so there for no excuse!! The bar- drinks were lovely depending on who made it however you could be waiting 10 mins to be served regardless if you were at the bar first as both staff and guest Must think your invisible ! Pools were lovely and beach is so close so that's really easy to get to however just steps to get to it ! If your like to sun bathe get up early and put towels down as we made the mistake of going to the pool after breakfast and there was none left !! Bedrooms are okay cleaned everyday the only thing that was annoying was the bed as it was 2 singles pushed together ! Overall the hotel is ok but we wouldn't stay here again !!!!!!!! Anton (bar man )jokes also suck.

Just returned from this resort It was a lovely quiet area , no loud music , no one bothering you round the pool , lovely ! Hotel a bit tired and in need of a little updating but we spent very little time in our room Resort was wonderful , beach spotless , lots of beds available round pool , plenty of shade . Staff were very pleasent , food was very good .

This was my first time to Fuerteventura as i had been to Lanzarote for the last 6 years. My first impressions of the Paraiso Plays was ok to good when we arrived. The reception staff were nice and we requested two rooms in a central position which was what we got which was very pleasing. The view from the room was great overlooking the pool with a sea view. The swimming pools are a good size and not that cold but it takes a minute or two to get use to it. The walk down to the beach is alot of steps but what a beach and sea, if you are a beach lover then this beach is for you. This hotel is fairly isolated but having said that if you turn right on the beach you are only a twenty minute walk from a small resort with a few hotels shops and bars. The hotel takes a day or two to get use to the outlay of the facilities as you will notice if you come here. I have mixed feelings about this hotel because in my mind i was always comparing it to the one in lanzarote that i had been too many times and i prefer my hotel in lanzarote to this one. The bar staff at the pool bar were really friendly and they mostly had a good sense of humour. The drinks were fine and the beer and coffee is self service. I am a vegetarian so on a Spanish all inclusive holiday I'm always going to struggle to have the choice that meat and fish eaters have which i except but one evening i was wandering around the choices of food in the restaurant when i discovered the main vegetarian dish of the evening was runny Cauliflower cheese with carrots next to it, I thought that the chef's were lacking imagination when there's long lines of meat and fish dishes in abundance. I decided to speak to the head lady of the restaurant who just couldn't understand what my concerns were as she pointed out that i have Cauliflower cheese and carrots that evening and pizza which is on twice a day every day which was fine but repetitive. I was really disappointed pointed with the happy smiley head lady of the restaurant because it was all smiles but no knowledge of my issues. The restaurant generally was good for anybody with no dietary needs and they do have some gluten free stuff!!. My main gripe with the hotel was the evening entertainment as it's all done by the hard working animation team all week except for once a week when you get outside entertainment and they weren't very good but i enjoyed because it was something different from watching the animation team every evening. A hotel of this size should bring in more outside entertainment to help make the holiday more memorable and because also the hotel isn't that near anything near by to watch something different. Main groups at the Hotel are British , Germans,Italians and polish and a few french and I would say just a few more Germans than Brits but we all got on great playing volleyball ball and other activities. It's not a bad hotel it just didn't quite do it for me but value for money probably yes excuding the entertainment.

Very impressed with this hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in June and had an amazing time! We did not arrive at the hotel until 11pm but the hotel very kindly set out a few plates of food for us which was a very nice gesture and the man at reception was very welcoming and helpful. The pools were lovely, huge and clean. As we are not very early risers, we did struggle to get a sun bed most days as they are always reserved with towels so the hotel could maybe look into preventing this. There was usually a lifeguard observing the pools as well which we thought was a very nice touch. The beach was amazing! Yes there are a lot of steps to get down to it but the beach is so worth the walk and it's very good exercise after all the amazing food! It is very windy though. The food was lovely, how anyone can complain about it I do not know! There is a lot of variety, always hot, there are gluten free options and a chocolate fountain every night which was great! Cocktails were fab, definitely recommend the strawberry daiquiri! And all sorts of drinks are available, just beware as they make them very strong! The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. They were always kept clean and we loved the towel models the cleaners made for us! The sea view from the balcony was not the best as there was a massive roof in front of us so we could just see a slither of the sea but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway so that didn't matter. The entertainment was very amateur and some of the entertainers could really do with a few dance lessons! However, if you are up for a laugh then it is very entertaining, especially when they get people up on stage! Massive shout out to Alex and Francesco who were very entertaining and friendly during the day! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but it had absolutely everything we needed so we didn't actually have to leave the hotel and we still had a fab time! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're up for a laugh and like beautiful beaches!!
