Great hotel, Nothing to do outside of the hotel complex apart from the beach. Wide variety of food pool and views were fantastic. Room was modernised and very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful in every department. Would recommend to other families especially if your kids are between 4-12 kids club runs through the day.

Great beach, great place!

Loved this place. The convenience of the all inclusive was great for the first stop on our trip. The staff was very friendly as well. The only bummer was we ha to pay for wifi per day. All in all a great place though!

Regretted our choice from the first night

This hotel should have everything going for it but it fails on all the important components of a much-needed holiday break. The main service area has a marked "institutional" feel, spacious but with bland decoration and an absence of landmarks to help orientate anyone unfamiliar with the layout of a large resort hotel. The chalet style rooms were not part of the main building, were unheated (night-time temperatures in March were below 12C) and all pools were cold so nobody could swim. We asked for an extra blanket but this did not arrive until we reminded reception after another chilly night. Beds were below the standard of the Barcelona Princess Hotel we stayed in last year. The gymn was clean but not maintained, all cardiovascular equipment was unuasable and the gymn was often used by unsupervised children as a play area. Meals were awful and we regretted the "all-inclusive choice". The "hot" food was often cool or barely warm, salads were certainly not fresh with many ingredients stale and dry. Sunday was a particularly bad day for breakfast with many items unavailable or very long queues with slow replacement of empty dishes. With a hire car, we found two good restauants and ate there in the evening from day 3. We concluded that the hotel showed many of the tell-tale signs of underinvestment and poor local management. Definitely NOT a four star experience. Much better value is available elsewhere!

Ubicación y servicio perfecto

Ubicación perfecta. Servicio excelente. Las instalaciones necesitan una actualización pero está limpio y bien mantenido. Muy buena idea lo de regalar botellas reutilizables y muchos puntos en el hotel 24 horas para rellenar las con agua minimizando el uso de plástico. La política del hotel con respecto a usos para fumadores mejorable así como recogida de colillas tanto en el establecimiento como en los alrededores. Sin duda un lugar al que volveremos.

Está bien el hotel, solo que el todo incluido no es tan bueno como muchos hoteles de la isla que estado y la comida para mí parecer y nunca opino la verdad pero la comida fatal fatal no me ha gustado nada, muy poquísimas variedad y lo que estaban en las planchas muy ridículos , no te querían dar más comida, lo único y mejor el desayuno y lo peor la comida del mediodía .

God mat och stort utbud på buffén både frukost, lunch och middag. Bra skyltat med innehåll för allergier. Fanns laktosfri yoghurt i köket som de hämtade när man frågade efter det, men den tog slut efter några dagar och fanns inte mer sen tyvärr. Fanns även glutenfritt bröd i köket, ett minus var att det inte fanns en separat brödrost för glutenfritt bröd. Pizzaslice av olika sorter fanns vid varje måltid, men tyvärr fanns det inte glutenfri pizza. Pannkakor fanns till frukost men tyvärr inte glutenfria pannkakor - ok för mig som vuxen, men tänker på barn som är glutenintoleranta och inte kan få pannkakor och pizza som alla andra barn. Trevlig personal överallt. Härligt boende med fantastisk utsikt. Som familj med två vuxna barn var det perfekt att få två rum med en dörr emellan, (hade bokat ett rum med fyra bäddar, och visste inte att vi skulle få två rum) så det var lyxigt att ha två rum och ändå kunna gå emellan, och dessutom ha två badrum. I det stora hela - ett absolut godkänt hotell som vi trivdes på. Vet inte om det bör stå i informationen om hotellet att det är ganska många trappor/backe ner till och upp från havet, kanske jobbigt för äldre personer - för oss var det bara bra - bra att röra på sig efter all god mat vi åt :)

OK for one night, but no more.

OK stay. Cockroaches, some unfriendly staff, loud noise by the pool and generally in the hotel area. No place to go to take it easy, no great variety in the breakfast/food, a bit of a party hotel, every morning we found new vomit on the way to breakfast, extremely responsive. Will most likely never stay here again. We stayed here for a week, avoid.
