Booked 10 Days with Jet2 with my partner, Early July. Bearing in mind this is quite a large Hotel we only met 4 other English speaking peoplethe whole time we were there. The entertainment is totally biased towards Germans with token English phrases thrown in, everything is mimed which seems quite typical nowadays & and if you think a guy pointing at his crouch for 5 minutes then pulls out a stuffed poodle is funny then crack on. The site also states it has a Gym, NO it has a so called fitness room half a dozen bikes and large balls, the Gym apparently is in the adjoining Iberostar Hotel. My last gripe would be the wearing trousers for dinner when woman could walk in with denim shorts with their bum cheeks showing. We did venture out to the next town on 2 occasions which was a £6 each way cab ride, but found that to be all German as well. The Hotel despite all the above is in a nice, cleaned everyday, nice food / drink etc Hotel staff were friendly. We both said we would never go back purely because of the German dominance and the rudeness, queue jumping sun bed hogging that goes with it. More disappointed in Jet2 for letting us book it more than the Hotel really. Oops just rememered on arrival and booking in we were told we've upgraded you to a side sea view room, had to laugh at the other half on the balcony standing on a chair shouting "there it is"
Stayed for 10 nights from 1st July with my partner and we've had a great time at Iberostar Palace. I will start with the staff. All staff were very accommodating, always smiling and acknowledged you when walking past. They all work very hard and long hours. I proposed to my girlfriend on the holiday and it was very easy to get the special arrangements sorted via email before we arrived. Special thanks to Martina and Stephanie who helped massively. The room was cleaned daily, along with fresh towels. The room had been recently refurbished and was immaculate. There's about 4 English TV channels, hair dryer, plenty of storage, and the shower was massive. On my birthday they left a bottle of Cava in our fridge and a birthday card which was unexpected. The hotel grounds were always very clean and well presented. There's 2 main pool areas. Many of the sun beds are reserved before 8am so if you want the best spots, make sure you set an alarm. The snack bar by the pool had a choice of fast food, fish food, fruit, salad and pastries throughout the day. Drinks are mostly self serve. There is a good range of all inclusive drinks. Branded spirits and soft drinks, San Miguel beer, slushes, cocktails, good coffee. Never a long wait to be served. The food was the best I've experienced in an all inclusive. So much choice and variety that we didn't get bored over the 10 days. There's lots of fresh fish and meats, steaks cooked to order. The entertainment in the evening is orientated around the German guests who make up 90% of the customers so bare this in mind. The beach is a five minute walk from the hotel and the sunbeds are €9 per day. We went to the beach a couple of times, and popped back to the hotel for lunch. There's also some shops nearby on the way to Morro Jable. We were looking at doing excursions but were told that most of the activities were on the other side of the island and would need to hire a car to get there. If you're looking for a beach and pool holiday to eat good food and relax, then the Iberostar Palace is perfect.
We stayed here for ten nights at the end of June. It was truly the best holiday I have been on to date. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. I'd like to say a special thank you to the entertainment team....Chris, marcin, Mich! Really nice people that work endlessly to make ya holiday all that bit better. The shows were fantastic, food was spot on, the views amazing. Louis on reception is a great bloke, my mum lost her case on the transfer with her medication in it and he worked endlessly to get it back for us which he did. Will definitely be going back here. Thank you iberostar palace for the best holiday are family has had. X
We have stayed for a week there was very nice good food good staff and the view was very nice the beach was close plenty of space to do what ever you want lots of sunbeds food was exelent to satisfy every wish
What can I say. From the day we arrived till the day we left to go home our 14 day holiday was excellent. Hotel & Staff, Entertainment, Food, Room.Location. I have stayed in many Hotels in my life but this one was far the best I also intend to return next year (2018)
Came here with my mum recently, and we were very impressed. The hotel is really well presented and decorated. The reception and bar area are lovely and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are lovely, we had a nice white one which had a nice and clearly very new looking bathroom. The food was excellent at the hotel. All the dietary information is specified for dishes, helpful for those with restrictions. The choice is vast but all very good quality. The pool area is lovely and clean. There's a bar near the pool which does good lunches and the nearby seating area provides some shade. The staff were approachable and helpful. We did a few of the activities (yoga, spinning) and they were excellent. The gym is nice but is a bit small and doesn't have many pieces of equipment, but is quiet other than early in the morning. Overall, a really excellent hotel. We are planning on coming back!
Wow we arrived from Liverpool England on the 22nd June 2017 for 10 days holiday. On arrival we were greeted by two male receptionists who where so welcoming and helpful. Our bags where taken to our rooms. The rooms were excellent ,very clean, with walk in shower, air con, Hugh TV. The beds were two large singles pushed together. The beds were so comfortable that it was hard to get off them in the morning. The Hotel is beautiful with outstanding decor. The Hotel is very clean. The restaurant is amazing with plenty of choice of food and deserts etc. There are 3 pools which are all spotless. There are plenty off activities throughout the day which Include Archery, Rifle shooting, Water polo, Bingo, Killer darts etc etc. The beach is 100 metres away and is beautiful. The staff are what makes this hotel standout from the rest. They are very hard working, nothing is too much trouble, they always have a smile for you. The Animation team Mich,Chris, Michen, Micky, Gus, and the others are the cream on the cake. They work ever so hard and provided a great holiday experience for myself and my family as well as countless other families. The shows they put on most evenings where superb. The day activities they arranged each day where always fun and they made you feel welcome. We would like to thank all staff at the Iberostar Palace for making our holiday so wonderful and will be back. See you soon Mr Gaz Corrigan

Just spent a relaxing week at this lovely hotel, with a fantastic view across the immense beach. Room was clean and sufficiently large for all our requirements and the hotel facilities were excellent and there was never any problem securing a sunbed on the sun terrace around the pool area. We were able to enjoy some beautiful long walks from the hotel along the vast and spectacular beach, although the hotel's location might prove a little challenging for anyone with mobility problems. We found the food to be of a very good standard with a very wide range of choice available. The bar areas were all clean and welcoming and we never had to wait more that half a minute for drinks service, despite the hotel having a high occupancy during our stay. The highlight of the hotel from our point of view, however, was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff we encountered. Without exception we were always spoken to politely and with a smile by each and every one of them - they are all a credit to the hotel. It is fair to say that the hotel clientele is primarily German but this is not a problem at all. Once the staff realise that you are English, they speak to you in English and do not discriminate in any way. They also really appreciate it, I believe, when you greet them or thank them in their own native language. A few simple courtesies by guests go a long way to helping staff / guest relationships.
Fuerteventura it's one of those islands that you go to when you want to later we gonna do nothing; sitting round the pool or on the beach. This hotel is the place to go for just the type of holiday. It is an all inclusive hotel and the food wasof good quality. We spent a week there. Breakfast is fulsome and contains are you would expect from a cold, first-rate hotel. I was plenty of choice for lunch and dinner. our room was light and airy, facing the beach and sea (room 2017). It had recently been renovated in a white colour scheme which accentuated the summery feel. I recommend you ask for a room on that side of the hotel. We saw that some of the older rooms, which had not been renovated, looked a little dated. There was entertainment achievement; a large-ish concert hall on the top floor (which actually leading from reception as the hotel is "upside down" sitting on the hillside as it does). The entertainment was what you would expect for a hotel of this nature: ABBA tribute band, Grease, four tenors acrobats etc. Not everyone's cup of tea (not really mine) but they make quite an effort. There was a good duo in an open stage next to the pool; a great guitarist playing rock classics such as All right now, sultans of swing, Santama et cetera. The staff were extraordinarily helpful and made the place up much more pleasant. The selection of drinks during the day was extremely good and cocktails on the evening were excellent with a great range for an all inclusive hotel. There was the usual problem of people putting the towels on loungers and leaving them empty all day: One English couple told us that they had complained and were given free tickets to the prestige area. Most of the holidaymakers seem to be from Germanythough that may be because it was their half term. The hotel is straight across from the beach: you couldn't get much closer without being on it. We would go again when we want a quiet, relaxing, lazy holiday and would recommend it during June when it is not yet too hot, but still suitable for sunbathers. All in all, a good hotel and holiday which we recommend. No complaints really come to mind. Try to eat on the patio at dinnertime; It is quieter and you get waiter service for the drinks. There are also activities if you are feeling so inclined.
