Great views of paseo and marina. Great wrap-around balcony which you has sun or shade all day.It is located on the 3rd floor at the end of the building. It has a large supermarket at the back of the building just a 2 min walk away. It is in easy reach of various restaurants and beach bars. The apartment is ideal for 2 people and is equipped with everything you need including a safe for any valuables.

L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce. La literie est excellente, la vue splendide. Le côté négatif étant donné qu'il y a une partie hôtel, l'immeuble est très bruyant les gens sont irrespectueux, les ascenseurs c'est n'importe quoi. Nous sommes montés et descendus très très souvent a pieds, heureusement que l'appartement est au 3ème. Nous prenions notre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse dommage que tous les matins la personne en charge de la piscine passait le karcher.Nous avons malgré tout passé de très bonnes vacances

Perfect for two adults
Tastefully renovated flat with a large balcony. Situated close to the fantastic beach walk, the beach, harbor and city center. A lot of restaurants and shops in the immediate area.
The best of all - the view of the sea where the sun rises.....
