The train station Carvajal is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, and can in a short time bring you to popular areas such as; center of Fuengirola, Malaga airport, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, etc. The apartment has marble floors and it beautiful furnished. The apartment contains a nice living room with TV, comfortable sofa area, dining area for 6 people and fiber internet access. Well-equipped and practical kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and washing machine. There are two beautiful bedrooms in the apartment, both with 2 sleeps and wardrobe. The community swimming pool is found approx. 100 meters from the apartment building, and includes both a large swimming pool and a children's pool. The green garden areas are nicely maintained and the area looks lovely. The N340 coastal road passes between the resident area and the Mediterranean, but through the tunnel under the station, you can quickly and safely get to the beach, restaurants and shops.
