God, men kunne have været bedre

+++++++ plusser God beliggenhed for alt, meget ren, godt udrustet, men mangler en lille gryde og en lille stegepande. _ _ _ _ _ minusser Det er falsk reklame at skrive, at der er centralvarme, det passer ikke. Det er falsk reklame at skrive at der er opvaskemaskine, det passer ikke. Det er falsk reklame at skrive parkering, når der er tale om parkering på gaden, hvor vi ofte måtte gå 2-300 meter, for at finde parkering. Det er falsk reklame at sætte et billede af et tv med ordet Netflix på skærmen, hvis du vil have Netflix skal du selv oprette det og betale for det. Her er altså nogle ting som udlejer må se at få rettet snarest. Det er uhensigtsmæssigt, at der i stedet for to dyner i sengen er én stor. 50 meter fra vores altan var det 12-etagers store hotel under fuld renovering, hvilket betød en voldsom larm af hamren og forskellige maskiner dagen lang, samt en forfærdelig masse støv. Havde vi vist det, havde vi ikke lejet lejligheden, det var meget ubehageligt. Noget af det lille stativ rundt om altanen var gået i stykker og var faldet ud af muren, hvilket betød at ved den mindste vind stod dette stativ og bankede mod altanen til gene for vores nattesøvn. Den person, der kontrollerede lejligheden ved fraflytningen blev gjort opmærksom på det og han lovede at ville gøre udlejer opmærksom på det. Sammenfattende må vi sige at vi havde et rimeligt ophold, men lejligheden levede ikke op til det rent prismæssigt. Bent og Hanne Nielsen
