Situated 5 blocks south of Frisco's Main Street, it's an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants downtown Frisco has to offer. Backing up to open space and giving great views of the Ten Mile Range, you'll enjoy a peaceful mountain setting. It's also close to the Summit County bike path and plenty of hiking/cross-country ski trails. Bedding goes Queen bed in the primary bedroom, Full sized sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress in the living room. Mountainside also features a clubhouse with pool, 1 indoor hot tub, 3 outdoor hot tubs and common area laundry facilities. There is premium assigned straight in covered parking underneath building and plenty of extra parking in front. Unit 229E is a well maintained one bedroom / one bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 4 people. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, WIFI, and a nice deck off the back with new gas grill. The owners have thought of you for the big game with a 48" HD flat-screen TV in the living area with blue-ray player, surround sound and blue-tooth speakers as well as a 24" HD flat-screen TV in the bedroom perfect for the kids and their cartoons. We had a wonderful long weekend stay. Swimming pool, hot tubs, wood fireplace and convenient location. We would definitely stay again.

Frisco is the place to stay!

Place is ok. Eco friendly thermostat left us cold a few times by automatically going down into the 50's. There is no way to cook breakfast without the hallway smoke alarm going off so we had to open the slider and front door. The clubhouse is nice but my son was disappointed that the fitness room was just a spare room in the clubhouse with a stationary bike and an elliptical machine. Overall the place was fine and inexpensive.

Great location for hiking

Perfect spot to easily hit all the trails in Frisco. Beautiful view from the deck. Little bit of a walk to Main Street but well worth it.

Good. View not as good because of stacked up wood on deck. Tv did not work the 1st night. Hot tub jets did not work and inside clubhouse was closed and we did not know that ahead of time. Too much noise in the area because of the various construction around the area and the town in general.

Excellent experience! Highly recommend this property as well as the staff running it. Class acts, all of them. Property was fully outfitted with everything you’d need for a nice trip. Good Value Overall

Very clean and comfortable, everything as described. Really enjoyed the fireplace. Kitchen well furnished. Beautiful snowy view of mountains from balcony. Management very responsive and available when anything was needed. The only slight disappointment was the "tiny" bathroom. Everything else met or exceeded our expectations. Perfect for couples romantic getaway.

this property was sufficient for a short stay and it was clean. Property has not been updated in many many years and it is quite small not to mention the flights of stairs to carry your bags and groceries up to the room from garage. Not all hotubs were working therefore they were overly crowded with kids and a bunch of men getting drunk and carrying on, not suitable for children due to foul language. Lastly, the property management company hit us with a cleaning fee that was in addition to what is disclosed on this site so the owners changed the contract without any prior knowledge until we checked in. Buyer beware!

The condo is a second floor unit. The heater wouldn't seem to turn off and it was set too warm for my preference. Although a little dated, it was functional and suited our needs.
