Pros: Great location right downtown Frisco. Lots of food options nearby and we even walked to the lake to go kayaking from the motel. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean. Cons: I was a little worried when I saw a fan and no air conditioning but the room remained comfortable even on a sunny July day. The stairs to the second floor were a little beat up. The locks worked but didn't automatically lock on exit.

Always a clean, friendly, and incredibly convenient option within walking distance of dozens of shopping and dining options, as well as my prime reason for picking it; completely accessible from Denver via hiking routes and public transportation alone.

Pretty fantastic bang for your buck considering you get to stay in the centre of Frisco. It's right by a bus stop that can take you to Copper Mountain. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and cleaned well by housekeeping. Also, this might just be a "me" thing, but i was pleasantly surprised that they had frozen waffles and a toaster as part of their continental breakfast. Really makes things less bland. The only downside is that the WiFi isn't great. It's serviceable and if you're on a ski holiday with friends/family maybe it's a nice chance to unplug. While it doesn't always happen, videos will often buffer.

Close to skiing
This was the second visit here. I pick this motel because it’s so close to Copper mountain and we save tons of money. The cold breakfast is great. Next time I’ll stay up stairs, due to the ceiling creaking SO much! Overall I like this small bit dated motel. Will stay there again.

Older 1960’s style no frills pull up to room motel in the middle of a cute ski area town. Close to I-70 and Breckinridge. Nice staff and the room was OK. Bed not particularly comfortable. Great price in an expensive area. Lots of dining and bar options.

Good no frills motel
Friendly receptionist. Very clean room. Old style, no key cards. Relatively quiet. But they ask you to keep the thermostat above 65 for some reason, and that’s quite warm (it was mid April). Small but modern LCD TV. Decent continental breakfast. Good location.

Great Motel

Great location in downtown Frisco. Walkable access to a wide range of restaurants. Summit Stage bus stops for Copper Mtn & Breck right out front, plus access to other areas serviced by the bus system. Simple & good breakfast materials included. Good hot water & fluffy towels in the bath.

This is a very basic motel in a wonderful location, right on Main Street next to shops and restaurants. Our room looked out onto the alley and the walls are very thin. A lamp was broken and everything shows wear and tear. However, it was clean, the shower was strong and hot, and there was a fridge. We had to checkout early due to my son being sick, and we got a full refund by giving 48 hours notice. It was much appreciated.

I love this motel! Sure it is a little dated but it is clean and comfortable. Most of all, it's priced right. If you aren't fancy people and want a great room close to the ski resorts, you will be happy here. We have stayed before and will stay again. The continental breakfast was great too! Boiled eggs, fresh fruit, juice/coffee, yogurt, cereal, breads, pastries, bagels, and Eggo's! I am just a little sad they removed the hot tub. It was nice for an apres ski soak.

Nice staff, great location, clean. However the exterior is worn and the rooms are in sore need of renovation, e.g., the mattresses were dished (concave) from what must be many years of use, need replacement.
