We had a good stay because the hotel has provided us with a nice room, well equipped, good bedding. Great pool and sauna layout. Excellent breakfast buffet and we love the quicky but nice design elements in the hotel. Staff are tops and accommodating.

Perfekter Kurzaufenthalt mit Top-Service

Ich war für eine Geschäftsreise einen Tag im Hotel und war rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Frühstück bot eine tolle und vielfältige Auswahl – mit aufmerksamem, freundlichem Personal. Auch der Service insgesamt war großartig. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Restaurants sowie Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und zum Shoppen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Eine Gardine oder ein Rollladen am großen Fenster wäre nachts hilfreich, um den Raum besser abdunkeln zu können. Ich komme bei meiner nächsten Geschäftsreise gerne wieder!

Very nice city

This hotel is well located but a bit difficult to access. We like the fact that we had a sofa in the room, this is not common in German hotels. We can walk close to the lake, there are many restaurants around the hotel, including a bunch of ice cream places. It is a very nice city.

The hotel’s location was ideal as it’s within walking distance from the train station and the port. My single room was comfortable and the design was pretty efficient. Air conditioning was available if needed. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of options. The swimming pool was nice to have - conveniently located in the lower ground floor. They provided a nice wellness bag with sauna towels as well as a bathrobe if you need it. At the ground floor, free water and even hot water with tea were available. Apples and popcorn were also provided for free.

We stayed in a Premier plus room and found it light spacious and very quiet. The room was in excellent condition and was very clean. The only downside to the room was that it did not have an elevator on the floor that we were on but we didn't find this a problem. The breakfast is great and there is loads of choice and the breakfast room is big with lots of natural daylight. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons we booked it was for the spa, which was very clean and had a great pool that was big enough for some short laps in. The location of the hotel is very central but private with reasonably priced parking on site. All in all a great stay.

Great service, location and accommodations. Travelled with my family, which included younger children. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The room (for families) was spacious and sound proof. The hotel is in the center of town with lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, and a ferry station within walking distance. The hotel has a small parking lot, for a small fee; additionally, there some parking garages close by that are reasonably priced.

A great weekend place or longer stay

The hotel is in an excellent spot in Friedrichshafen. We had a beautiful room that was well appointed with lots of extras that American travelers are accustomed to: refrigerator, coffee maker, plenty of towels. The properties well maintained. The hotel felt secure.
