Old and dirty. Kind of looked like a dangerous part of town.
Nothing major either way
The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was warm. Eating places within walking distance of the hotel.
The rooms were roomy and updated. The bathroom could be a bit bigger and the tub and shower head definitely need updating. I enjoyed the free breakfast a lot, but you should offer hot chocolate packets year round.
rooms were a little rundown. Our air conditioning didn’t work. Had to change rooms I guess I expected more from holiday inn.
Beautiful property. Conveniently located off the highway and close to a lot of food options.
This location is convenient to the freeway and close to plenty of food options. It appears to have been recently updated, but some things were done a little sloppy (towel racks not attached well, elevator smells like jet fuel). The beds however, were incredibly comfortable and we were able to get a great recharge on our trip.
Nice clean place. Hotel close to all restaurants and Tulare outlet.
It was very clean, the personnel was great, breakfast was good.
Everything is kinda nice for the price in the area
Very clean nice people the room i love i enjoyed it i will be back soon
clean, very nice room. Bed to tall, I am 5' 11" and could no sit on the edge of the bed. Bed was very soft, woke up with backache.
Staff was pleasant, room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was good, plenty of coffee.
When we got to the hotel at 11:30 p.m. the hotel staff said we booked a room with one Queen which was incorrect! We booked a room for a king size bed. Since we had our 8 year old with us needed more room then just one queen bed. They wanted us to pay $22 in order to get a room with two queen beds or one king which we originally booked! On top of this, The hotel is under construction! Strong Paint smell, dust and mess everywhere. We had no choice but to pay the $22 in order to get some sleep. When we got to the room it was really stuffy, Dusty and there was a strong smell of fresh paint. And the phone in the room didn't work so we had to go down in order to ask to try change rooms, we checked 7 different rooms they were all without power! After 8 hour drive at 12 a.m. all you want to do is sleep well and we had to deal with all this! When I wanted to cancel the room they were not willing to refund me the money. Would definitely not recommend this hotel at this point and time. Pay a little bit more money and get a better Hotel!!!
Hotel is being converted to a Holiday Inn Express. Must have been a low bid job as they are the messiest contractors I’ve ever seen. Dust and dirt all down the hallways. Drywall fragments and mud everywhere, all the way down the stairs to the lobby. Rooms half finished. Mattresses and furniture stacked in the hallway. Drilling and banging until after 7pm. When they tore the old siding off outside they left it piled all over the grass and spilling into the driveway. No cleanup at the end of the shift. No concern or pride in their work. This reflects on the owner and how he manages his property. First room I got had construction equipment and tools in it so they swapped me. The second room was good. I had to start a second night and booked in again as I’d checked out that morning. This room was refurbished but the shower was not finished. Exposed sub floor outside the shower pan, unfinished and sloppy drywall mud on the walls. Y then I was tired so I stuck with it. Might be great when it’s finished but it ain’t finished.
