It was everything we wanted. Good wifi, cozy home with heat, and an amazing hot tub. The hot tub is the best we've experienced and we rent a cabin with one every year.
We had a great time at Quiet Creek! It was very secluded and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. My dog Maddie had a great time too. Will definitely recommend and hopefully return!
Quiet Creek is lovely and well appointed!! Enjoyed alll the amenities but spent most of our time out in the beauty that surrounds the cabin. Surrenity abounds! So quiet and peaceful …Never saw another soul during our stay! Highly recomend for a needed escape!
I loved how very quiet and secluded this place is. It is off the beaten path, a welcome change to the chaos of city life.
The cabin is advertised as pet friendly and they even had welcome treats for our dogs.
The check in/out process was very easy, the hosts were communicative. Would love to stay here again!
Nice cabin, an fire pit area. But a bit hidden in the woods down a narrow ravine. Not for those with fear of the woods and critters, or who need open spaces, but a very nice place
My fiancé and i came out here as a surprise getaway for our anniversary. We wanted privacy, tranquility, and seclusion; here we got that 100%. The place was clean, beautiful, spacious our fur babies loved all the room they had outside to run around and explore. There is no service once you get about 15-20 minutes away from the exact location of the cabin so make sure to have all the info you need before check in! We will DEFINITELY be booking again.❤️ and the hosts?! wonderful💕
The Cozy Cabin is a wonderful place to get away from it all. It has the sophistication and amenities of a hotel with the rustic charm of a cabin. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable. Though there are neighbors nearby, it feels very private and the views are beautiful.
Just across the street is a logging road with several smaller paths, offering a wonderful place to for a scenic morning walk or long afternoon hike. The firepit provides a great place to spend a cozy evening, so don't forget to buy a bundle of firewood.
The directions were clear and led us straight there. Note there are no nearby "hot spots," so bring plenty of food and beverages and just settle in, unplug, and enjoy.
It's a beautiful cabin w/ wifi/netflix, so we could manage our coursework while still getting out of the city until we can move away for good. It was pretty private & only 1 older couple lives within 1 mile. Huge plus. It is an hour from RRG, but closer to Daniel Boone Forest entrances. Beautiful area in all directions. They had a functioning grill, hot tub, a nice firepit surrounded by woods, and the house has a cabin feel in a quiet location. We probably won't go back because it was further from RRG than we realized, but if it was closer, we totally would. We definitely recommend taking your own blankets for the couch/bed if you are sensitive to pet smells. I'm hyper sensitive to scent, so I may just be weird.Washer/dryer not available, but not in listing either. It's dog friendly. People probably don't keep their animals off of furniture. I imagine without being able to wash, it's going to smell a little like dog on soft fabrics. We had the neighbors golf cart down the street daily, but they were super friendly & even let myself & our 10 year old pet their rooster. There was a temporary listing issue, but they said they'd fix the listing for the future. They compromised with us on the issue while we were there. We brought our dogs, but I am guessing when I sent the listing to my husband to book, that it removed them bc we don't stay at property's that don't allow animals. The owner's worked with us on the day to pay the deposit. Overall, we recommend!
