After a long day of antiques, wineries, hunting, shopping, wedding planning and more come relax and rest by the hot tub and pool on the expansive back porch. Sunshine Haus is a premier private estate available to rent as a B&B in Fredericksburg.
Sunshine Haus is a Fredericksburg landmark that was built in 1938 by a prominent local doctor. It has been fully renovated to the era but with modern amenities. Sunshine Haus is close to downtown, yet it sits on a private 2.5 acre tract with a large pool and hot tub. If you prefer to stay inside, the house has 3000+ square feet, two wood burning fireplaces, a kitchen to die for, and televisions, toys and games for the kids.

-5 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms (all with endless hot water)
-Sleeps 14
-Large 2.5 acre yard for privacy
-9 blocks to the center of Main Street with shopping, dining & entertainment
