Fantastic home with great layout! Perfect for our extended family. Having the Casita is a great option to give us lots of flexibility. Perfect walk to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Excellent time!

This home was beautiful! Bedrooms & baths were decorated beautifully. Super clean. Beds were quite comfy. LOVED the butlers pantry & kitchen. The pool area was a big hit! Very impressed with this property!! Mike was easy to get ahold of when we had a couple questions while there and a wonderful host! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!Side note…parking on Main Street was SUPER easy - plenty of spots to pick from.

Amazing Experience

This property exceeded all our expectations. Every detail is top of the line. They have thought of everything you may need, from the linens, to the kitchen, to the pool area, and more. We had a family celebration with 10 adults and one child, and each person had privacy in their own quiet area. We commented on how surprised we were that such high-quality furnishings had been chosen for a rental property. The house was immaculate and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience we had with GivingTree at their house. Home was beautiful, clean, and all the amenities we could’ve wanted. The Host even had a special treat waiting for us upon our arrival. Highly recommend!!!

Great house and location

House was large and roomy for our family of 12! Kitchen was great with a lot of workspace and had everything we needed. Comfy beds and large rooms. We all loved the pool and game room! Close to everything in Fredericksburg!

Great Property!

Great property within walking distance of Main Street! The house plan was just right for our family of 8 adults, 2 children and golden retriever. We loved the large fully-stocked kitchen, eating space, oversized sofa and TV. And the pool and outdoor furnishings were perfect for fun and relaxation. The only amenities missing were a laundry room and outdoor grill, but we were able to use a grill pan on the gas stove top provided by the host and there were plenty of bath and pool towels on hand in each room and the hallway linen closet.

BEST HOME EVER!

I rented this home for me and my family while we attended a wedding in Fredericksburg. This home is absolutely fabulous and perfect in every way. Every detail in the home is of the finest quality, from the amazing kitchen to the high-quality bedding. Mike and his wife have thought of every possible amenity and have provided only the best for their guests in this home. I'm surprised they rent this fine home to strangers, but I am thrilled that I had the opoortunity to do that very thing! Mike was instantly responsive to every text I sent, which I greatly appreciated, plus I was greeted with a beautiful crudite board and a bottle of wine. My grandchildren loved the ping-pong table and basketball game in the garage, and it was difficult to get them out of the pool to go to the wedding:) I will be planning another trip to Fredericksburg again, just so that I can stay in this gorgeous home one more time:) DDC
