The carpet had a huge stain on it. There was something splattered on the wall. Dirty light switches. The bedding was HOT! Possibly the mattress? The a/c was not calibrated. Temp set to 64° and was still hot at night. Breakfast was horrible. Not much to choose from. Hampton Inn has you beat guys.
