Great property and a great location.

Check in and communication were easy and seamless. The cottage was even better than shown on the website. Very clean and well appointed. Perfect for a couple visiting Fredericksburg for a short vacation.

Hidden Gem in Fredericksburg

We had the best time at the property! It was perfectly suited to our stay. We walked to town each morning, enjoyed shopping on Main and visited nearby friends. Jack’s Chophouse was incredible and we loved our pizza at the Social Haus? We would definitely stay at the property again.

Wonderful!!

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary, the cottage is in a great location. We have two small complaints, (1) a couch or small love seat would be so much better than two chairs (2) a NORMAL Keurig machine using regular coffee pods would be nice

Cute and convenient

Property was cute and convenient. Had a minor issue figuring out the AC but the property manager responded right away and came and fixed it while we were out to dinner. Excellent service.

Solar eclipse stay

Suite Sarah was the perfect location for eclipse weekend. We had lots of room both inside and out. We parked the car when we arrived and then walked everywhere. The neighborhood is so peaceful that you forget how close main Street is. We were able to check in an hour early, which really helped. Just lovely.
