We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Birdsong. The houses were VERY clean and lovely. The property was peaceful and serene. We enjoyed many hours of playing pool. The house is very accommodating for family gather time. The hot tub was clean. Communication with host was good. All around a lovely time.

My family had a wonderful stay at Joe's property. The place was clean and tidy, the bedrooms were private and comfy, and the common spaces were wonderful. We loved playing pool together in the living room, and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces tremendously. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were plenty of dishes for serving. The home is minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg, which has lovely restaurants and shopping and a great WWII museum. We were also nicely able to use the home as a launching pad to visit downtown San Antonio and get some hikes in at Enchanted Rock State Park. I would highly recommend a stay here! We nicely fit three generations, including 4 teenagers who can be hard to please!
