Wonderful quiet place to stay, and only minutes from Fredericksburg and the hustle and bustle.. lodging was excellent and just the right size for a couple. I don't cook while on vacation so worked perfectly with just the microwave and toaster oven, which we never used. Lots of great places to eat in Fredericksburg and quick and easy to get back in town. Very clean and new. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice, quiet, relaxing place to stay. 10 minute drive outside of all the chaos of town. Clean, cute and the bed was very comfortable! Slept great!! We will definitely stay again in the future. We frequently visit the area throughout the year.

The host was absolutely amazing with the communication. The property was beautiful and just perfect! Beautiful, peaceful getaway and things to do close by. We will definitely stay again the next time we plan another weekend in Fredericksburg!!!

Highly recommend this place! Very clean, and has everything we needed. They had shampoo/conditioner & body wash in the shower, Q-tips and cotton balls, coffee and cream, water prepped in the fridge, wine glasses and opener, - the list goes on. We enjoyed waking up to all of the animals and the peaceful surroundings. We were only there for one night and didn’t get in until late but I wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay again!

Very nicely decorated place that was clean and inviting. Great communication. Loved the peace and quiet yet we were close to wineries and downtown Fredericksburg. We really enjoyed watching the sheep and cows. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Cozy and beautiful

I booked this for my in-laws and they absolutely loved it. The house is absolutely adorable and so cozy. They loved their stay! The owners were quick with responses. My in-laws accidentally locked themselves out of the unit and they had someone there to unlock it in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend staying here!

Barnside retreat

We had a very peaceful, relaxing stay at the barnside hangout. The host was great on communication and the living spaces were nicely done and well appointed with everything we needed. The outside was wide open with views of the sunset over the ridge and the full moon in full view.

Such a lovely place

This was our 2nd visit to Fredericksburg but 1st time staying at this beautiful place. Everything is as pictured but once you arrive it's more than you can imagine. We loved the peace and quiet and most definitely the scenic views. Thanks Kerrine and family for allowing us to stay at such a welcoming place. We enjoyed the animals too. We'll be back soon.
