Great location, spectacular views. Small cottage but has everything we needed. My only recommendation would be ensuring there are paddles and life vests for the kayaks. Luckily we were able to borrow paddles from the next door neighbor. Plenty of food options in nearby Tilton, but also JJs, leads than 2 miles away had great food. Franklin Falls Dam park definitely worth a visit and great place to hike or walk the dogs. Would definitely return!

Amazing

Private beach front with adorable home. We would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat. The lake was beautiful and the kayaks and canoes on site were perfect. The indoor cook top was small but great for just the two of us.

This cabin goes beyond the description of pictures and everything else. Absolute gorgeous property and the cabin was perfect. I could live there forever. Very private and our dog absolutely loved it. Close to everything you need for stores and restaurants but secluded feel. I would absolutely stay here over and over again. We cannot say enough positive things.

The place is small but it has everything. The house is a very clean. It has a nice view to the lake and beach . But the owner needs to remove the water weeds from the beach. We could not get in the water from our beach because of the weeds. Our small dog enjoyed the beach too. For people who prefer kayaking it is perfect.
