We absolutely loved this home and location. We enjoyed the hike, the waterfalls, the views and the house was extremely comfortable. They have done a nice job of extending the deck making it another part of the house to enjoy the views.

Loved the location and the home! Perfect for our family vacation! Very private and spacious, well supplied with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bartram Trail to Williams Pulpit was a bit of a challenge!

Great stay!

We had an amazing time here! The cabin was spacious and everything was just as described! The kitchen was very well stocked which is always appreciated. It's a great location, full of beauty and we loved the proximity to the waterfall trail! It was also very close to town which was convenient for groceries at Aldi or Walmart as needed. Thanks again!

Fantastic location

House was better than described, and the location was phenomenal. Just minutes to everything in town, but also gave the feeling of being tucked away in the middle of the Nantahala national forest. We hope to come back and stay here again in the future.

Beautiful Getaway

Enjoyed a week with the family surrounded by the mountains of North Carolina. Franklin has always been a special place for our family to visit and really enjoyed our stay at Bartram Trail Acres Chalet. Only 5 minutes from town which was very convienent and an hour or less for activites for the family to enjoy. Would love to come back for another visit in the future.

This house is beautiful with plenty of room to spread out. The beds are all very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-appointed. The only exception is the apartment. It is a pullout sofa bed, and the mattress is very thin. Not a big deal, though. The Bartram Trail, being just minutes away, is the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

Hidden Gem

This is such a beautiful place with amazing views of a lush , well maintained yard. The creek running through the property is so relaxing to sit by with a good book. And the waterfall near the property is a added bonus. Will be back!!

Our Family Serene Get Away

We all arrived at 40 Cricket Lane at different times of the day and all commented on how perfect the house was for our family to come together for a a few days of good food, adventure and lots of laugher. The place met our expectations. So room, so clean and so mountain house feeling. The property is beautiful and just as described on VRBO. Hope you love your stay as much as we did.
