This tiny house was great for our 4 night stay in Franklin. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed and sofa were comfortable. We enjoyed having our dinner on the deck watching birds in the beautiful quiet neighborhood. I’m not sure I understand why the cleaning fee was 100 when we had to strip the beds, put dirty towels in the shower and dispose of our own trash. We left just before 8:00am on Sunday and the dumpster area recommended was closed. We are having to drive back to FL with our trash in the car. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

The home was very nice! Cozy, quaint and perfect for a 2 night stay with my mom. I love the fireplace and the outside amenities are great but it was too cold to enjoy this time.
