Sehr tolles Ferienhaus im Grünen/im Feriendorf, mit einer guten Zimmeraufteilung, damit man auch mit pupertierenden Teenagern Urlaub haben kann. Rundrum hat man für jeden ein gutes Freizeitangebot. Wenn man mobil ist, hat man auch gute Versorungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Ein schönes Haus in einer schönen Gegend, Service ist Verbesserungswürdig

Super nettes Eichecken und Informationen im Vorraus. Einrichtungen des Geländes mit sehr netten Personal und hilfsbereit. Leider stellten wir am zweiten Tag fest das der Kühlschrank defekt war. Dieses haben wir weitergegeben und nach zwei Tagen kam ein netter und kompetenter Mitarbeiter, der den Defekt bestätigte. Am nächsten Tag kam er mit einen ebenfalls netten Elektriker wieder, auch dieser stellte den Defekt fest. Es sollte geklärt werden ob ein neues oder ein Leihgerät bereitgestellt werden soll. Leider erlebten wir bis zum Ende des Aufenthalts keine Lösung. Bedeutete für uns eine defekte Kühlbox, da unsere kein Dauerbetrieb fahren konnte und dann die entwendeten Lebensmittel durch Tiere in der Nacht. Der Duschablauf war wegen schlechter Wartung verstopft und dadurch durften wir erstmal Wasser auf dem Flur feudeln. Eine Annahme der Beschwerde per Mail wurde vom Objektbetreuer abgelehnt. Hoffe das nur wir so ein Pech hatten.

Hübsches Hexenhaus

Schönes Hexenhaus mit genügend Platz für 6 Personen und schönem Badezimmer. Alles in einem guten Zustand. Einzig der Fehlende Backofen in der Küche war schade. Und die Heizung ist für das Haus zu schwach, nur mit dem Kaminofen konnte eine angenehme Wärme im gesamten Haus erzielt werden. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.

Viele Details sind sehr nett.. Neben vielen Vorzügen hat das Haus aber auch Nachteile: Es ist sehr hellhörig, im ersten Stock hört man jedes Wort, das unten gesprochen wird. Und es liegt direkt gegenüber des Müllplatzes. Der TV im Schlafzimmer lief nicht. Dennoch würden wiederkommen.

Nette Atmosphäre mit ein paar Schwächen

Das Objekt ist einfach aber gut renoviert. Küche Wohnzimmer und Bad sind sehr schön gemacht. Der Kamin ist nett, gibt aber wenig Wärme ab. Das Haus ist im Herbst gut mit der Klimaanlage zu beheizen. Leider sind die Schlafzimmer sehr hellhörig. Zudem kann man im OG nicht laufen, ohne dass es laut knarzt.

Das Haus war sauber, zum Teil ( Badezimmer / Küche) neu renoviert. Warmluftheizung macht nicht genügend warm. Bei feuchter Witterung ist es im Haus feucht und müffelt. Im Schlafzimmer hat es stark geschimmelt!!! Haus steht sehr schattig. Keinerlei Betriebs bzw. Gebrauchsanweisungen vorhanden!
