Heizungsprobleme

Wir hatten dieses Ferienhaus von Weihnachten '23 bis ins neue Jahr gebucht und waren mit 5 Personen plus 4 Monate altem Baby zu Gast. Der Vermieter offerierte uns in der Beschreibung eine unbeschwerte Zeit! Das Haus machte auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Es ist zwar alt und etwas abgewohnt aber gemütlich. Der Aussenbereich, der Balkon und die Terrasse sind sanierungsbedürftig. Das Haus wird über Infrarot- Plattenheizung mit Fernthermostaten geheizt. Leider waren 4 von 6 Heizungen ohne Funktion und es war bitterkalt in dem Haus. Auch die Anzeige der Mängel bei der Vermittlungsfirma FeHa Service Darge und das Hinzuziehen eines Installateurs sowie eines Elektrikers brachte keine Besserung. Also lebten wir bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubs mit nicht funktionierender Heizung. Besonders beeinträchtigenden war das Fehlen der Heizung im Duschbad. Von der Ferienhaus Vermittlung fühlten wir uns nicht gerade gut betreut. Es kam immer der lapidare Satz: "Ich habe Bescheid gesagt Und schreien sie mich nicht an!" Ein Wort des Bedauerns oder alternative Hilfsangebote blieben aus. So hatten wir uns unseren Familienurlaub nicht vorgestellt Besonders der mangelhafte Service erboste uns sehr. Wir haben Unmengen Kaminholz kaufen müssen, um das Haus einigermaßen zu wärmen.Defekte TV-Fernbedienung, fehlende Gläser (wurden nachgeliefert, Danke Frau Mitsche!) und total verschmutzte Kissen und Decken für den Aussen Bereich wurden von uns nicht weiter bewertet. Nie wieder FeHaus Service Darge!

Die Zeit ist ein wenig stehen geblieben.

Das Feriendorf mit seiner Häuser und Straßenanordnung wirkt klar und ruhig. Die Anlage ist groß und doch sehr übersichtlich. Sie liegt in einer großartigen ländlichen Naturlandschaft. Immer wieder.
