Chegamos tarde da noite no hotel, eu tinha pedido quarto com cama de casal, liguei dia anterior pra confirmar, quando cheguei as camas de solteiro, com uma estrutura de móveis muito velha, cobertas não estavam embaladas, com péssimo aspecto. Fomos reclamar e o atendente foi gentil e mostrou um outro quarto que por ventura seria melhor, mas quando abriu a porta do quarto, o mesmo estava sujo, ele disse que a camareira esqueceu de limpa lo e novamente pediu desculpas e disse que só tinha um outro quarto porém era inferior ao que tinha reservado, minha esposa ficou extremamente nervosa com o ocorrido, mas mesmo assim ficamos no quarto inferior com a estrutura como cama e móveis sem condições de uso. Tinha até reservado mais um dia, porém com todo esses inconvenientes resolvi ficar somente com 1 diária e fomos para outro hotel.

Extremamente Triste

A localização do Hotel é muito boa e um ponto positivo também é de terem estacionamento. Relato abaixo alguns problemas que tivemos: Baratas - tivemos bastante dificuldades pois a todo instante surgiam várias de diversos tamanhos causando bastante irritação à todos nós. Relacionado as baratas, devido os armários são muito velhos, por trás deles saiam muitas baratas. Outro local de onde saiam as baratas são das guarnições das portas que aliás uma delas estava quebrada (faltando um pedaço) por onde saiam diversas. A Limpeza dos quartos deixou muito a desejar. Mesmo por 02 vezes falando pessoalmente com as mulheres responsáveis pela limpeza informando que nossos filhos têm Bronquite Asmática e pedindo uma atenção à esse ponto, a limpeza feita foi somente uma varrição muito superficial. Digo isso pois um dos insetos que matei no 1o dia que chegamos ficou lá até o dia de irmos embora. Percebemos também que as roupas de cama não eram trocadas e sim somente esticadas. Devido ao grande numero de pernilongos, nossas roupas de cama acabavam sendo manchadas pelo sangue das picadas e, mesmo assim não eram trocadas. No quarto não tinha frigobar. Com o calor da região, foi muito difícil. Solicitamos mas não fomos atendidos na solicitação. O atendimento as reclamações acima foram relatadas para diversos funcionários (que aliás eram muito "secos". Somente o funcionário Ramon foi gentil e atencioso.

Hotel bom. O Hotel só possui 6 frigobar e no nosso quarto não tinha, mas solicitamos e fomos prontamente atendidos. Chuveiro ótimo e colchões precisariam ser verificados e trocados conforme a necessidade. Ar condicionado otimo, TV sem muitas opções. Café da manhã pode melhorar, mas também não é ruim. Equipe de trabalho super atenciosa e não deixou a desejar em nada. Estacionamento amplo e grande. Internet não muito boa, cabe melhorar.

Nós só tivemos problemas desde a chegada ao hotel. Não devamos de quem foi o primeiro erro, se do site Hoteis.com ou do hotel, pois rodamos 800km chegamos às 23:00 no hotel e nos disseram que não tinham mais quartos, sendo que minha reserva já tinha sido paga e parcelada pelo site, ligamos para a Hoteis.com e atendimento somente até as 22:00 ou aguarde na linha para atendimento internacional somente em inglês ( e o meu inglês está arranhado ) mas enfim, conseguimos nos comunicar e nos disseram que arrumariam um outro hotel pra nós. Porém cidade lotada não conseguiram achar hotel, quando DEPOIS DE 40min o próprio hotel disse que conseguiria nos liberar dois quartos. Nos colocaram em um quarto onde Meu esposo teve que ficar levantando de madrugada pra molhar a toalha e jogar no corpo para dormir pq o ar condicionado não funcionava e estava fazendo um calor infernal, se não bastasse tudo isso, o café da manhã era fraco com direito a pão amanhecido e leite azedo.

イグアス市内にあり、立地は悪くはないが、設備は悪い！

まず、水道水もシャワーから出る水も全てヌメヌメしていて気持ちが悪かった！（軟水？）あちこち壁が剥がれていた。床には前泊者の髪の毛が落ちていて、掃除も行き届いていない！トイレ以外にごみ箱はなかった！室内を小さい虫がたくさん飛んでいて（蚊ではないが）、非衛生。冷蔵庫もなかった。部屋の電灯が１つ切れていて点かなかった。シャワーの先端が詰まっていて（？）、湯が広がらなかった。各部屋のＷｉ－Ｆｉもない。ま、この値段なので仕方がないのか！？

Hotel satisfatório.

O hotel fica no centro, os funcionários são bem simpáticos e procuram ajudar ao máximo. O café da manhã é bom, somente o quarto, acho que por ter um carpete muito velho, tinha algumas baratinhas. O banheiro precisa de uma boa reforma. A televisão é de 14 polegadas e de tubo. Funcionário Renan foi muito atencioso conosco.
