The room was very clean. Free, on site parking is always nice. Close to xfinity center and easy to get Ubers. Having a bar/restaurant on site was great, but the food was just okay. The layout of the hotel was a bit strange, but overall a good hotel especially for the price.

its location is very nice close to the highway and also close to shops. 30 mins from Rhode Island. Staffs were all very nice and welcoming.

While the overall rating for this hotel is a 4/5 for me, the receptionist brought it down from a 5/5 to a 4. She was rude, disrespectful and overall just not pleasant. I arrived at 2:15 to check in at 3 and when I asked to check in she said the room was not ready. I asked how much longer and she goes “at 3… when you’re supposed to check in” very rudely and rolling her eyes. I called the day previously and asked for an early check in and they said there would be no issue. After that I sat in the lobby and waited while 4 guests were able to check in early in front of me. I went back up at 2:45 and asked again and she again was rude and disrespectful. The actual hotel was fine but a $16 breakfast for the price of the actual room is insane. Likely won’t be staying here again.

It was okay. The hallways smelled like stale cigarettes and it appeared sketchy. The staff was nice and accommodating and the breakfast was okay, not complementary. Overall, the stay was near where we were goin g and it worked out.

When you first walk in it’s beautiful and the pool area is great but once you get to the back side of the hotel the quality it’s great. Our room smelt like smoke, our bathroom door had stuff drawn on it. Lamps weren’t working.

We were discriminated by the other guest stayed in the hotel and we notified the front desk after it happened but no further actions were taken so far. The hotel should’ve stressed the non-discrimination regulation during the check-in process or in the hotel guidelines. The staff there were helpful and friendly but the incident was terrifying and disturbing!

Everything says Please LEAVE! From the prohibitive incidental fee, the 1 microwave in the lobby and the Inaccessible Handicap rooms farthest away from the lobby, and non-working, rampless entrance... and no handicap access to the pool, if it weren't for the lack of handicap accessible transportation, the 2 week maximum stay would have never come up.
