Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut und schön ruhig. Man ist schnell am Strand und Meer. In der Umgebung gibt es viele hĂŒbsche kleine Orte und wunderschöne StrĂ€nde zu erkunden Falls man Fahrrad fahren möchte, ist es schon ratsam ein E-Bike zu nehmen. Die Fahrt zum nĂ€chsten BĂ€cker erfordert einige Kondition wegen der vielen Anstiege. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz und ist gerĂ€umig. Das Mobiliar ist ziemlich abgewohnt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und problemlos.

Location agréable. M. Antoniades est charmant et trÚs à l'écoute. Situation parfaite à proximité de la plage de Cap Coz. Emplacement résidentiel trÚs calme. Penser à changer les chaises de la salle à manger, qui ont fait leur temps.

Ce logement ne convient pas pour de courts sĂ©jours (pas de liquide vaisselle, pas de sacs poubelles, Ă©ponge non remplacĂ©e d’un visiteur Ă  l’autre). ArrivĂ©e prĂ©venue mais l’hĂŽte nous accueille avec 40 min de retard, nous laissant patienter avec notre bĂ©bĂ©. Logement trĂšs limitĂ© en termes d’équipements : plaques ne fonctionnent pas : nous n’avons pas pu nous faire Ă  manger (aucun dĂ©dommagement de la part du propriĂ©taire), salle de bain prĂ©sentant une odeur d’humiditĂ© trĂšs importante, isolation phonique non adaptĂ©e d’un Ă©tage Ă  l’autre, literie douteuse (insectes, matelas inconfortables) L’hĂŽte demande Ă  ce que l’on fasse le mĂ©nage mais il n’y a aucun produits mĂ©nagers dans le logement (normes covid?). Il ne prĂ©voit pas de faire le mĂ©nage aprĂšs nous sous prĂ©texte d’avoir beaucoup de choses Ă  faire. Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement malgrĂ© sa bonne localisation.
