This hotel should not be offered at this site.

Need a place to sleep near main area. Place was in bad shape. Room was old, shower old, breakfast was so so although location seemed OK.

O quatro era bom,mas achei muito pequeno, o elevador não tem ventilação, nao tem ar condicionado é muito quente, dar uma tontura na gente,e o café da manha é muito fraco. Nao tem quase nada.

Quarto em que ficamos, tinha acabado de passar por uma reforma no banheiro e ainda estava sujo com aquele pozinho fino da obra. Tivemos que ficar aproximadamente 40 min esperando que o arrumassem. O quarto foi arrumado em cima da hora para poder nos acomodar.

Poderia ter sido perfeito

O serviço por parte dos funcionários foi maravilhoso apesar do hotel ter sido uma decepção pelo tempo da estadia. A tv do quarto não pega de jeito nenhum, apesar de toda a compreensão por parte dos funcionários (bem prestativos) não conseguia fazer funcionar. Cafe da manhã foi bom , porém o hotel parecia tá em reforma( algo que não foi avisado antes). Os utensílios de cozinha bem poucos ! O ar-condicionado nem gelava praticamente, precisava deixar ligado o dia todo para poder dormir bem a noite. A foto que o hotel disponibiliza não é totalmente real. A localização era boa !

O local precisa de um dono para cuidar.

Bem... se não fosse pela localização e pela vista do hotel nós teríamos vivido uma experiencia 100% frustrante. A começar pelo fato de teoricamente ser um flat no entanto não havia estrutura nenhuma de flat, nada de louças, talheres que dirá panela pra fritar um ovo dentro do quarto. O colchão da cama de casal dava pra sentir as molas espetando nossas costas, por ter problemas na coluna no meio da noite acabava deixando meu noivo sozinho i ia deitar na cama de solteiro pois o colchão era menos pior, haviam 3 travesseiros no quarto, porem 2 não tinham fronha e estavam todos manchados, amarelados, sem contar que eram tão finos que juntando os 3 mal fazia 1. O chuveiro todo enferrujado e pingava o tempo todo pq as torneiras tanto dele qto da pia eram velhas e duras, havia tbm lajotas fofas, quase pra soltarem da parede do banheiro. Não tive coragem de tomar banho na piscina, apesar da linda vista que tínhamos de lá, pois a aguá sempre estava turva e suja. Ah! O café da manhã até que foi agradável comparado com a organização num todo. Lamentável observar que um local com uma vista tão linda, com uma ótima localização está tão abandonado daquele jeito, falta um dono. Tenho certeza q o hospedes estariam dispostos a pagar um pouco mais caro pra ter conforto e higiene mais bem cuidados e com certeza voltariam o q não acontecerá conosco.

NÃO RECOMENDAMOS/ESTRUTURA DECEPCIONANTE

Infelizmente a estadia não chegou a acontecer nem sequer uma noite, ao chegar no hotel nos deparamos com uma estrutura deplorante, decepcionante, péssima, o quarto com um odor horrível, pia quebrada, porta, guarda roupa, ar condicionado não gelava nada, e elevador com buracos! Frigobar e fogão velhos, enferrujados, corredor escuro, e baratas pelo quarto, sem contar que a comida que estava sendo oferecida para compra, era de desde de manha, e já chegamos mais de 19h, uma decepção total! Não tivemos condições de nos instalar lá, e de imediato procuramos outro hotel, graças a Deus encontramos o Hotel Abolição com um preço acessível, com uma diferença de uns 100 reais do valor total pago no Tabajara, e com uma estrutura mil vezes melhor! Sabemos que o flat tem um preço acessível, mas não justifica a estrutura oferecida, consideramos um total desrespeito enquanto cliente/consumidores, pois foi uma propagada enganosa por parte do hotel as fotos divulgadas no ato da reserva. NÃO RECOMENDAMOS!
