Localização e vista excelente.porem tv não funcionava,internet idem.No interior do banheiro a tampa do vaso quebrada e solta,sempre pingando água do andar de cima,o ar condicionado antigo do quarto de casal não esfriava e para completar choveu demais na última noite e respingava para cama.
